The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, and terrace.

Matulji. The holiday apartement is located on a 570 sqm open garden plot with flowers. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.

Marina ist sehr sehr nett, hat öfter super leckeres Essen und Gemüse aus ihrem Garten vorbei gebracht! Die Unterkunft entspricht genau der Beschreibung, war sehr sauber und es war alles da was man braucht. Apartment war in Ordnung, Terasse und Blick sehr schön. Etwas weit zum Strand, nur mit dem Auto möglich und auch etwas zu fahren. Vermieterin schwierig, wohnt mit im Haus. Wir hatten unser Kleinkind (1 Jahr) nicht angemeldet, weshalb sie uns aufgefordert hat, das Apartment zu verlassen. Es seien nur 4 Personen zulässig, unser Kleinkind war die 5. Person. Ohne Geld zurück

Schönes Apartment, schwierige Vermieterin

Apartment mit schönem Blick und großer Terasse. Vom Strand etwas entfernt, man muss mit Auto fahren. Vermieterin wohnt mit im Haus und kann bei Unstimmigkeiten sehr unangenehm werden. Wir hatten ein Kleinkind (1 Jahr) mit, was wir nicht angemeldet hatten, weshalb sie uns aufgefordert hat, die Wohnung zu verlassen, da nur 4 Personen zugelassen wären und das Kleinkind als 5. Person zähle. So haben wir mit drei kleinen Kindern in der Ferienzeit bei komplett ausgebuchter kroatischer Küste plötzlich ohne Dach über dem Kopf dagestanden. Sehr unschöne Erfahrung.

Très bon séjour. Le logement est conforme à l'annonce. Superbe vue à partir de la terrasse. Contact chaleureux avec les propriétaires qui ont été de bon conseil concernant les activités dans la région. Je conseille tout à fait cette location, de préférence pour 2 personnes néanmoins.

Wir können jeden dieses Urlaubsobjekt nur empfehlen. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist mit allem ausgestattet was benötigt wird, um sich dort zu entspannen. Zudem hat man von der Terrasse aus einen traumhaften Blick zum Meer. Die Vermieter standen uns bei Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung.
