Enjoy a room with a riverview at this centrally
located downtown suite.
This 2019 modern lower floor unit has 1 bedroom with queen and living room with small dinette and queen sofa sleeper.
We are in the heart of the historic district.
Just a short stroll to boutiques, tasting
rooms & restaurants. The Event Center &
Waterfront Park are in view & easy walking
distance. Water & mountain sports are a short drive away.
Guest access to the suite is by stairs and sidewalk. You have one reserved parking spot directly across from the 703 State St townhome, which is located directly across from 616 State St. Brimstone/ climbing Gym. There is a short walk down steps to the 703 Oak Street entrance. Find descriptive pictures and diagram in photos. Upon request a secure space for outdoor sports equipment is across from your parking spot. No outdoor equipment allowed inside the suite. No smoking, vaping allowed inside or out on porch.
The suite is equipped with a kitchenette utensils, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker & hot water kettle. No ice chests on hardwood floors. Each room has a smart TV. One bedroom with queen bed and the living room has a small dinette with queen sofa sleeper that will be made-up upon request.
The deep tub bathroom is independent from both rooms.
Easy access with lockbox next to ring doorbell.
Easy walking to downtown just outside the front door. This property is not wheelchair accessible.

Why they chose this property
You can walk easily to the historic downtown area for shopping, food and drink. Walking to the River Front park and event center is not far either. By car it is a short distance to Mount Hood, Mount Adams and so many Columbia River Scenic locations. Fabulous water falls are close by. Many biking trails. River rafting on the White Salmon and the Deschutes River.
