This place is super cozy and perfect for an off Strip stay!! Loved having access to the pool on the hot day!! Bed seemed small at first, but was perfect and super comfy. I put on a movie and I slept like a baby!! Will definitely stay here again!!

Like the Goldilocks story, Just Right.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet location. Super easy to access and was close enough to the strip to be convenient but far enough away to be quiet and in a nice neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again. I’d say the only down side is the bed is a bit small but I’m also in the big and tall category so very suitable for most. Overall a great place to stay.

No frills tiny but very homie

Enjoyed my stay here. Small shower hard to maneuver if your a bigger person but very doable, Love the bed very comfortable but it was also small but perfect for one person. The property is in a great location very convenient to the strip and the airport. Easy to find. Nice quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again in the summer time to utilize the property pool and mini golf. It was too cold during my stay. Love the off street parking, it’s great if you rent a car.

My friend and I were in Vegas for the weekend for a 2-day concert. We were told to check in after 4pm and didn’t come til midnight. The check in process was so easy that it didn’t matter. The bed is large and I was easily able to share it. The convenience of being 15-20 mins from the strip to being in a nice neighborhood is unmatched. My fabulous Vegas vacation

This property was exactly what I needed to make my stay fabulous. Everything was fresh and clean and I required no comfort that wasn’t here. If you’re in Vegas for more than a week, you’ll need a cosy repass off the strip to recharge. Wake up to blue skies, birds, chirping, and palm trees everywhere. Located in old affluent Vegas, you can feel super safe to go out for a little midnight stroll in this quiet pocket neighbourhood. The host Ronnie was absolutely lovely, Pre-stay conversations set my mind at ease, regarding arrivals in the dark and the ease of finding the place. One short, quick trip to the strip, and the recharged you is ready for another day!

We chose this neighborhood because it offers the best of both worlds—close to everything Las Vegas has to offer, yet spacious and relaxed. Being minutes from the Strip, UNLV, Allegiant Stadium, and the airport makes getting around incredibly easy. What we enjoy most is the size of the property; with four separate units spread across a half-acre, guests have room to breathe and enjoy their own space without feeling crowded or on top of one another. It’s a rare find in Las Vegas and creates a comfortable, laid-back atmosphere while staying centrally located.
