Our Slice of Keys Paradise w / Ocean Views and Pool

We have a 4 bedroom, 2 bath Key Largo home which is well appointed for up to 10 guests.  Upstairs you will find that we "tipped our hat" to the mid-century modern décor of the 1970s, while downstairs you will find a modern coastal feel. We have toys and equipment for you and your guests to experience everything the beautiful Florida Keys has to offer.  We are wonderfully situated a few lots from the Atlantic Ocean on one of Key Largo's nicest canals.  We have ocean views and beautiful sunrises along the screened patio upstairs. We offer marina-grade dockage for your boats and have sufficient boat dockage along the seawall and in the boat cut. We have the ability to accommodate a boat up to 40 ft along the wall and a center console in the cut. This way, you don’t have to waste time getting out on the water to explore some of the best fishing, diving, and snorkeling that the Keys has to offer. After a successful day on the water, we have several options for you to prepare your fresh catch with a fully equipped and new kitchen upstairs, a small kitchenette downstairs that supports 2 outdoor grills (propane and a Kamado smoker).  We have dining options out under the gazebo for 6 which is canal side, the back patio or upstairs in the updated kitchen island that seats 6.

You can enjoy a vacation that allows you to relax at a great property.  We have a comfy back patio, a screened porch and the gazebo, of course.  We have landscape lighting that shows off the mature coconut palms at night and offers safety for night time activity.  At your disposal, there are 2 single kayaks with paddles, pfds, and snorkel gear to help explore the mangrove lined coast and islands as well as lovely patch reefs just off our property (an example would be the world class Molasses Reef just 3 miles due east of the house). Conveniently located in south Key Largo you will find yourself just minutes away from shops and restaurants, 3-5 miles from grocery stores, and 8 miles from the famed John Pennekamp park. Take a day trip to Key West and experience the stunning 2 hour drive that takes you over 42 bridges, including the famous 7-mile bridge!

Please note: This house is nicely furnished and the maximum occupancy is 10. This is not a party house, it is a beautiful place to enjoy responsibly.
