The 125 m² apartment has 3 living rooms, 2 bathrooms (shower / WC), dining room with kitchenette. The large roof terrace invites you to relax and can be used by smokers. Grilling is possible here on an electric grill. The location directly on the Elbe is quiet, yet conveniently located.
The historic city center of Pirna, the S-Bahn, steam station and Elberadweg are only a 10-minute walk away. The S-Bahn takes you to Dresden Hbf in 20 minutes. The nearest swimming area is only 3 km away. By car or S-Bahn you are in Saxon Switzerland in a few minutes. The Bastei can be reached, for example, in 13 km by road or three S-Bahn stations. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

From 01.01.2020, a guest tax of 2 euros per day for adults (over 16) will be charged in Pirna. This must be added to the stated prices and paid in cash on arrival. Pupils, students and trainees from the 17th to the completed 25th Year of life, severely disabled, whose degree of disability is at least 80% H., receive a 50% discount on the guest tax.

Man kann super alles mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen. Gratis WLAN ist enthalten, die Empfangsstärke war nicht immer gleichmäßig. Könnte besser sein. Die Grundausstattung in der Küche ist gut. Es fehlen etwas mehr kleine Löffel. Vielen Dank für die Beherbergung.

Perfekt für einen entspannten Aufenthalt mit Kindern

Das Apartment ist ruhig, aber zentral gelegen – perfekt für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Es bietet viel Platz, Rückzugsmöglichkeiten und eine schöne Dachterrasse. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders hilfreich fanden wir die bereitliegenden Wandertipps und Prospekte. Abends haben uns die Brettspiele viel Freude bereitet. Der Gastgeber war sehr aufmerksam – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!

Erholung im schönen Pirna

Entspannte ruhige Lage, ganz in der Nähe der Elbe. Fußläufige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, über die Elbbrücke ist man direkt in der schönen Stadt Pirna. Ideal für Radtouren oder Wanderungen im Elbsandsteingebirge und danach Erholung auf der großen Terrasse. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Haus geräumig und gepflegt. Die Vermieter nett und zuvorkommend. Dass es keine Spülmaschine gibt, hat uns nicht gestört.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Gute Lage, sehr nette Vermieter. Alles da was man braucht. Gute Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und der Elbe. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Altstadt auch nicht weit. Nach Dresden mit der Bahn sind es auch nur 20min. Viele Ausflugmöglichkeiten ab Pirna. Badesee nur 1,5 Km von der Wohnung entfernt. Alles super, gerne wieder!

Gute Lage, Unterkunft könnte sich verbessern

Positiv: eigenes Haus mit 2 Etagen, geräumig. Im EG 1 Schlafzimmer mit angrenzendem Bad. OG 2 Schlafzimmer, Flur mit Couch als Wohnzimmer-Ersatz, Küche und Sonnenterrasse und Bad Negativ: keine Waschmaschine, keine Spülmaschine (es stand kein Spülmittel zur Verfügung), Wlan Empfang nur in bestimmten Ecken des Hauses gut. Zimmer im EG direkt am Garten des Gastgebers, entsprechend kann man das Fenster nicht aufmachen, wenn die Familie des Gastgebers sich dort aufhält da direkter Einblick ins Schlafzimmer. Keine Rollläden an den Fenster und leider auch keine Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit.

Lage auch für ÖV sehr gut, Sauberkeit mäßig (Spinnweben, Objekt war vermutlich nicht unmittelbar vorher vermietet), Ausstattung Küche zweckmäßig, bei max. Belegung mit 6 Personen eher knapp bemessen, keine Spülmaschine, es fehlt ein Wohnzimmer, in dem sich insbesondere eine größere Gruppe aufhalten könnte, da bleibt nur der wackelige Küchentisch oder die Terrasse

Urlaub in Pirna

Das Objekt war sehr sauben und sehr schön, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich um die Ecke und die Stadt war schnell zu erreichen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und alles lief reibungslos ab. Es war ein schöner Urlaub. Die Ferienwohnung war großzügig geschnitten, gut ausgestattet und für Familien sehr gut geeignet. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Perfekter Startpunkt für Unternehmungen

Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern unterwegs, dafür bot die Unterkunft absolut ausreichend Platz. Ausgestattet mit allem, was für die Selbstversorgung nötig ist. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof hat uns den Start in unsere Unternehmungen enorm erleichtert. Wir würden wieder dort buchen.

Die Fewo ist zentral gelegen und für Familien super geeignet. Wir konnten bei dem schönen Wetter die Dachterrasse gut nutzen. Leider knarrt im OG der Fußboden sehr. Ansonsten können wir die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Etwas lieblos aber funktionell

Da wir (2 Familien) uns für den Marathon angemeldet hatten, und aus dem Ruhrgebiet kommen, wollten wir zusätzlich ein paar Tage die Sächsische-Schweiz genießen. Die FeWo lag für unsere Planung schön zentral, und die Nähe zum Bahnhof war uns wichtig. Der erste Eindruck der FeWo war OK, alles war da, die Betten waren in Ordnung und alles war sauber. Die Dachterrasse, mit Blick auch den Getränkemarkt ist jetzt kein Highlight aber ganz nett. Bis hierhin waren wir bei 4 bis 5 Sterne. Schon am ersten Abend kamen die ersten Probleme mit der Einrichtung auf, der Esstisch war so labil, das man ständig Angst hatte die Tischplatte fällt ab. Wir haben dann versucht den Tisch etwas reparieren können. Auch den restlichen Möbeln merkt man das Alter stark an, Schubladen gehen nicht auf da man das vordere Brett dann in der Hand hat, die beiden Fernseher sind nur bessere Dekoration, in der ganzen Wohnung (auch in der Küche) stehen alte „ausrangierte“ Sofas. Aber auch jetzt wären wir noch bei 4 Sternen, da Preis/Leistung immer noch in Ordnung ist. Unser Problem war die Heizung. Am Sonntag (Marathon Tag) war es windig und deutlich kälter als die Tage davor, als wir von der Veranstaltung zurück kamen und uns alle erstmal aufwärmen und duschen wollten, kamen wir in eine eiskalte FeWo. Wir sind dann alle schnell unter die heiße Dusche und mussten dann auch wieder los, da wir uns noch mit Freunden in Dresden getroffen haben. Am nächsten Tag (sehr kalt und regnerisch) stand Pirna auf dem Plan, wir sind dann ein paar Stunden durch Pirna gelatscht und kamen dann völlig durchnässt in die FeWo. Diese war eiskalt und ließ sich auch nicht aufheizen. Als mich dann endlich nach knapp einer Stunde der Vermieter zurückrief, wurde mir erklärt das die Heizung automatisch ausginge und um 17:00 Uhr anspringen würde, und das die Verwalterin aus Dresen käme, bis die da wäre um die Heizung ein zu schalten wäre ja schon bald 17:00 Uhr! So saßen wir da also, nach der warmen Dusche, in Pullover und zwei Jacken und zitterten bis 17:00 Uhr. So eine Steuerung kann man machen, nur wäre es schön gewesen es vorher zu erfahren, und man sollte schon die Möglichkeit haben die Heizung doch zu aktivieren, oder man macht so eine Schaltung temperaturabhängig! Ich denke mit wenig Mitteln und ein bisschen liebe zum Detail kann man aus dieser FeWo ein Schmuckstück machen. Die Lage ist toll, die Wohnung hat viel Potential und alles was man braucht ist Fußläufig zu erreichen. Grüße aus dem Ruhrgebiet

Aparte indeling maar heel fijn wonen hier.

Beneden is een slaapkamer met een badkamer en boven zijn twee slaapkamers met één badkamer. Verder is er een overloop en een keukentje. Via een apart gangetje kun je naar het ruime balkon. De verhuurders zijn zeer betrouwbaar in de contacten en ook in de zorg achteraf. (Wij hadden iets laten liggen en de verhuurder heeft alle moeite gedaan het terug te bezorgen). De woning was schoon en netjes ingericht. De ligging is perfect voor bezoek aan zowel Dresden als aan de Sächsische Schweiz.

Value for Money

This apartment is good value for money and was clean and warm. Myself and my travelling companions were very comfortable. It is located in a quiet residential area of Pirna. There are two supermarkets nearby. It's approximately a 20 minute walk into the centre of Pirna which is a delightful traditional town. Pirna train station is also about a 20 minute walk over the Elbe with regular train services to other cities and villages including beautiful Dresden. The hosts were very helpful and friendly.
