Our 51 square meter apartment with shower / WC is centrally located in Laer, Kreis Steinfurt, 20 km from the gates of Muenster (only 15 minutes from the A1, driveway Münster-Nord and 20 minutes drive to MS-City, with express bus S 70 easily accessible) on the private property of the owner.
The apartment is on the first Floor of a separate building (below double garage of the house owner) and is accessible via a separate staircase from the garden.

A kitchenette with electric cooker (ceramic hob), oven, microwave, refrigerator and sink, a modern bathroom with shower and toilet, a comfortable sitting area, Broadband Internet via Wi-Fi, dining table with four rocking chairs and a double bed feature all the amenities for a pleasant and quiet stay - also for longer duration.

Windows on three sides make the apartment a light-flooded apartment; the great ceiling height (to ridge height about 4 m) ensures an extremely pleasant room climate!

On request a third person on the sofa and a fourth person in the bunk bed to sleep (surcharge). Technicians or other professionals are just as welcome as holiday guests and a weekend getaway with us.

We are happy to provide bicycles for trips in the Münsterland available. Maps and information we hold for you. Our sauna with a winter garden and sun terrace is available to guests for a fee.
