About this property

Pictures were taken on November 17th, 2021. Newly renovated home with new floor, new interior painting, new pool table, and all beddings and towels are brand new. The property is located at Kissimmee, close to 192, and in a GATED community named "Crystal Cove". This spacious-3700 Sqft, 6 BR/4.5BA, 2014 home hosts 12 people group, and everyone feels more than enough space. Each room has TV. Private pool with screen. It is 7.9 miles and takes 15 mins to Disney theme parks. Nice&safe! Book today:)

There is also a bigger pool at the clubhouse, and playground as well. Big kitchen has everything a cook would need. Kids gear includes play pen, highchair, and stroller. It is a very nice and safe place for family to stay and relax.

Gate code would be given after booking, and there is a keypad lock, guests would be given a door code to get into the house:) Easy!

* Pool heater costs an extra fee: $25 plus tax/night, and it should be ordered for the entire stay.
* Parking: According to the HOA rule, vehicles must fit on the driveway or in the garage of the house. Please do not park on the street, on the grass, or blocking the sidewalk; your vehicle will be towed, no one wants that.
* Quiet hours: 10pm-8am. You may call the Osceola County Sheriff at 407-348-2222 if you are experiencing noise or other disturbance.

A week in January

We stayed a little over a week in January for an event. Our group was all adults. House was super clean and just as nice as the pics. Pool table and sticks are just so so but that wasn’t a big deal to us. Beds are satisfactory. We brought our own pillows thankfully. Loved that the garage was open and afforded us plenty of room for our cars instead of used as a game room. Would definitely recommend this property and would 100% stay here again.

Nice house but everything needs updated

The house is nice and in a great location to everything. Everything needs updated. Beds are horribly uncomfortable and we had to purchase 4 inch mattress pads for every one but the master bed. Floors turned everybody's feet black. Hadn't been mopped forever. Active hornets nest on the garage door and husband had to get rid of it. Garage door opener inside garage doesn't work. Have to open by hand. One of the handles was already off and other came halfway off trying to use it. Area where the trash goes is swampy and cannot get to without feet getting totally wet. Also, one of the kids rooms with twin beds is the only bedroom on the main floor and it's right beside the entrance to the house. They could have put one of the queens in there instead. This could be a beautiful place if they put a little money into it. And better housekeeping.

We loved this place!

We really enjoyed this house and I will definitely check to see if it is available on our next trip. There were 8 of us, from 2 - 47, but this place is so big there was more than enough room for everyone. The open floor plan downstairs made it very easy to have breakfast and get ready to head to Disney, while the kids were eating, playing pool or watching TV. The Frozen BR is downstairs, the rest are upstairs. This property is newly renovated and only had one review, so we were hoping for the best. The pictures are very accurate and it actually seemed even bigger and better in person! The communication was excellent with both the owner and the property manager. The owner was very quick to respond to questions we had before the trip. While we were there, we had a minor issue with a tub faucet and the property manager was extremely easy to deal with and was very quick to fix the problem. The location is excellent, with the Disney parks only about 15-20 minutes away and a very easy drive. There is a Walmart about 1.5 miles away, so that was also very helpful. A Target and Sams Club, along with lots of restaurants, are also very convenient. Definitely highly recommend this place!

Spring Break family trip to Disney & Universal

We loved the space this house provided! Super clean!! My boys loved playing a game of pool on the billiards table every morning and evening when we were at the house. We had a hiccup with the pool heater not being turned on when we first arrived, but Tracy got right on it and had the management company come out and turn it on. Great neighborhood and great house!
