Beautiful house! Great property management!

We enjoyed our stay here so much!!! Kismet was so communicative from the time we booked months ago and before we arrived last week, and until we left. Absolutely recommend! We had no issues with the house. It was clean and ready when we checked in. The pool area was so nice! I do suggest renting a cart to go back and forth to the beach. 30A Gulf carts was also great! We love the area and stay every year.

Perfect Stay

We travel to 30a every year for our family vacation. This vacation was one of the best due to this house. The property was fantastic. The property management was very responsive. The house was very clean and comfortable. Having a golf cart was perfect for the family to travel to the beach and local restaurants. I would definitely recommend to friends.

Awesome location

Great, spacious 4 bedroom/4 bath. What makes this place special is it's location to some great restaurants. It's a very short golf cart ride or walkable to Besmatis and Mimmos. Downtown Grayton beach is just a short 5 minute ride. Going the other direction, Shunk Gulleys is the other direction. The best house feature is coffee bar that has a fridge which we used for all the adult beverages which usually crowds the main fridge. This was a life saver.

Spring Break

Cute house, good gathering space on first floor. No yard space, but nice flat parking. Nice pool, close enough, but not too close to be bothered by noise. Zoned HVAC, blankets would be a nice add....we had some pretty cool nights, and I hated to Inc HVAC

Really nice house, no outdoor space

This home is very nice and new, with a nice open kitchen/dining/living room on the main floor, two bedrooms, each with private bathrooms, on each of the second and third floors. Of the four bedrooms, three have King beds and one has twin beds. There is no bathroom on the main floor, but one of the second floor bathrooms opens up to the hallway. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. The beds are comfortable. The house was spotlessly clean. There is no outdoor space to speak of, besides the small front porch pictured in the photos that houses a storage bench and grill. This was frustrating because when I’m at the beach I’m there to enjoy the outdoors. We ended up pulling the cars as close to the road as possible and making a makeshift front patio. Because the way the house is set up you are either in your bedroom or in the main room with everyone else. Outdoor space was necessary to spread out and offer privacy to different groups. There is lounge space at the community pool very close by, however it was crowded at all times. This was Spring Break, though. The golf cart was necessary for trips to the beach if you have any gear at all because it’s a mile walk. Parking was not always available but was most of the time, even at spring break. There are new restaurants and ice cream shops within walking and/or golf cart distance. The management company ran like a well oiled machine and we had no issues that were not addressed immediately. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Bring your own paper products because those ran out quickly, however I was forewarned of that in an email.

Great experience!

Knee Deep was a great place for our family. It was clean, neat and well appointed. We especially enjoyed the pool. The golf cart made our beach trips a breeze. Go early, as parking at the beach is a bit tight by 8:00am. Restaurants and shopping kept us out of the house, too much!! We had a great time. We will definitely go again!

Great place to stay!

Clean, new house! Great pool and community hangout area super close. Make sure all of your group can manage stairs well bc this house is tall! We really enjoyed our stay:-)

Family vacation

Knee Deep is a beautiful house and my family thoroughly enjoyed our week. The check-in was easy, the house was ready earlier than we expected and was spotlessly clean! The layout is perfect for cooking and spending time with family. The mattresses were incredibly comfortable, which you don't always find with rental properties! The house is just far enough from the beach so a golf cart rental is strongly suggested for easier transport to the beach. We would definitely stay at Knee Deep again!
