Welcome to this Gulf-front condo with spectacular penthouse views!! C402 is a beautiful and comfortable place to stay for your relaxing time at the beach. Enjoy the expansive balcony that overlooks the Gulf while you sip that morning cup of coffee, eat lunch or watch the waves while viewing a beautiful beach sunset. This condo sleeps 8 and is a Sunday to Sunday rental during prime season.

This condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the first bedroom, there is a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom has a tub and shower. The middle bedroom has two queen beds and is across the hall from the second bathroom that features a tub and shower. The primary bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and jetted tub. There are astounding views from the primary bedroom, living room, dining room and kitchen. You will not be disappointed when you stay at this beautiful property!

Location at this condo is prime. It is conveniently located directly across the street from Gulf Place and Shunk Gulley along the unparalleled expanse of scenic 30A. Gulf Place has shops, restaurants, a spa and greenspace for live music venues. Shunk Gulley has a gift shop, food, drinks, live music and a great place to watch the waves as well as beachgoers from the 2nd floor balcony.

30A is approximately a 24 mile scenic highway that hugs the Gulf of Mexico with little quaint communities all along the way. Start at Santa Rosa Beach and explore Blue Mountain Beach, Grayton Beach, Watercolor, Seaside, Seagrove, Alys Beach, Seacreast, Rosemary all the way to Inlet Beach. There is so much to enjoy and see along the scenic stretch of 30A's emerald coast.
