Welcome to this gorgeous Gulf-front gated Villa in Santa Rosa Beach with a community pool. Once you arrive, you will know that you have selected the perfect place. Unit B102 is like no other! This spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom ground floor unit offers two additional custom-made bunk beds for a sleeping capacity of 10. It definitely provides the utmost in comfortable coastal living.

The panoramic views from your living, dining, kitchen and master bedroom are breathtaking. The moment you step inside of your Villa you will be greeted by the lapping waves of the Gulf of Mexico. Relax on your expansive patio which offers a grill, table and chairs for dining with the most incredible views from your west side patio. It is the perfect spot to view sunsets or drink your morning coffee.

Attention to detail is evident from the entrance to the well-equipped kitchen. There are custom built cabinets and quartz counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms. As repeat guests know, anytime you revisit B102 something new has been updated. The casual beach style invites you to stay for a long relaxing visit. You will never want to leave!

Located in the Villas of Santa Rosa Beach this sought-after corner unit is on the first floor with unobstructed views. It is nestled directly on the Gulf of Mexico and Scenic 30A. Enjoy outdoor games on the lush green space right outside of your back door. Approximately 30 feet from this Villa is a pool for your pleasure.

This quaint beach town of Santa Rosa Beach offers many amazing restaurants and shops. Walk across the street to Gulf Place for your morning coffee. Next to the coffee shop enjoy lunch and live music or cross the street for dinner and a drink at Shunk Gulley. Breakfast, lunch or dinner at The Perfect Pig is not to be missed and just across the street as well. Peruse their schedule of live music for local entertainment. Pizza by the Sea offers lunch and dinner options. If you would like to rent bikes or kayaks, check out YOLO Board Store at Gulf Place. You will also find Jade Nails, Wellness Spa, and an assortment of shops. You may wish to dine at the Vue which is less than a half mile away and a local's favorite place to eat and enjoy the sunset.

There are so many activities and places to visit. Many charming beach towns are found along the Scenic 30A stretch which is 18.5 miles long. From Dune Allen Beach to Rosemary Beach you will not want to miss the many quaint beach towns that dot the landscape. You can visit Blue Mountain Beach, Grayton Beach, Watercolor, Seaside, Seagrove, Alys Beach and Seacrest. None of these towns will disappoint.

Scenic 30A is a little hidden gem right between Destin and Panama City Beach, yet away from all of the crowds. No fast-food franchises nor high rise condos are allowed. We loved our stay! The condo was clean and roomy. The master bedroom and bath were amazing! Loved having the ground floor unit steps from the beach access. Definitely recommend booking beach chair ahead of time! The beach was full but not overly crowded; however, we needed our beach chair rental to ensure our spot.

Family Beach Stay

This is our 2nd stay here and we still love it! We really love the location on 30A as it is not too crowded and not quite so much hustle and bustle, which our family really likes. But the beach is right out the back door and plenty of restaurants and shops to walk to. Our (adult) kids used the paved trail every day for their run. We rented bikes and rode into Seaside one day for lunch. The house is well stocked with everything you might need. There were even a couple of small folding beach chairs, which was a fantastic addition! We will definitely be back!

This property was perfect for our getaway. Loved the ground floor-walk out unit. Super easy to get to the beach. Great view. Loved the extra amenities in the unit.. spices, oils, lots of dishes and silverware. Location on 30A was ideal for us.. not too far down, as we were back and forth to the airport picking up other familiy throughout the week. Will definitely be back! If I had to come up with a negative, it would be better wifi signal. Otherwise - terrific!!!

We did enjoy our stay. The main problem was the wi-fi, which was always slow and often off line. Our son, who was with us, had to do some work during the week and once had to go across the street to a coffee shop to get wi-fi. Also, and I know you can't do anything about it, the cell phone coverage was really bad. Never more than one bar and often 0 bars. We often could not make calls from the condo.

We are glad to hear you had a nice time during your stay with us in July. Unfortunately, as we discussed, there was a fiber optic problem in the area during the exact time period your son had trouble with the Internet connection. Once alerted, I immediately called the Internet provider. The technician for the provider told me that this condo was one of many places in the area affected by a damaged fiber optic line. He also stated that it might take a day or so to fix. I wish we could have resolved this Internet connection problem. A lower rating for a damaged fiber optic line in the area is disappointing since this was due to no error on our part. We are sorry that this happened during your stay with us.
