We had a wonderful family lake getaway! Wonderful property to get the whole family together, close to the lake for easy boat access with beautiful views.
Property was close to the lake and had plenty of room for the 11 of us. Great views and cozy home. Would absolutely recommend and we look forward to coming back and staying here again!
Our wrestling team stayed her for the second year and loved everything about it. Plenty of room to hang out and the kitchen was great for serving everyone. Highly recommend.
Bedrooms on 3 floors, a large family room and bar on the basement level, and the large living, dining areas off the kitchen, was the perfect setup for us. My family consists of one family of 2 adults and 3 grandkids, one single adult, another single adult with an 18 year old grandson and me. It was quick drive to the lake. The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking equipment we needed. Everything was clean, the beds comfortable, and we all used the walk-in shower on the top floor. It was nice that extensive cleaning was not required, before check-out.I recommend this for a family gathering or a group trip.
This is a great property. Had everything we needed and quick access to the lake. Hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. This was the perfect place for our group of friends and kids to enjoy a wonderful weekend. Great outdoor space for kids to walk around after a day on the lake. Will definitely book here again.
Our stay was great. Plenty of space for 12 grown men for 4 days. Super close to the lake and has all amenities you need. The bar down stairs was the main hang out absolutely perfect. We will definitely be staying here again
This house is amazing! It’s very new and extremely clean and convenient. The owners were more than helpful and we all enjoyed staying here. I will absolutely rent this house again!
The guys enjoyed access to the channels for watching football. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked. All in all we elderly persons enjoyed a lovely weekend with siblings and spouses.
Beds were very comfortable, had lots of things stocked that VRBOs often don’t like garbage sacks, tp, paper towels. Perfect location for four families!!
This property was awesome. There were 10 of us up for an annual fishing trip and this property was more than accommodating. There was plenty of room for everyone and the facilities were extremely clean and very well stocked.
This property was everything we needed it to be and more. We booked it last minute because the motel didn’t work and we needed room for 15 people. The owners were very understanding, worked to get us in early, and the house had everything we needed and some stuff we didn’t know we would need.
Their was some issue with the water and showering at the same time. They were working on that though.

It turned out we had a faulty tankless water heater despite the house being less than 2 years old. We have since had the unit replaced and the issue is resolved. I apologize your group got caught in the middle of the issue. Thank you for being so understanding.
The property is as described in listing. Very spacious and easily fits a large group. The views are wonderful. The area is quiet. The hosts seem responsive. However, the home is in a community ruled by an HOA. There are rules of which we were not aware. PLEASE ask your host WHAT the rules are. The HOA president is an unreasonable, angry bully who threatened our family. The situation ruined the last night of our stay.

There was an unfortunate interaction between these renters and the HOA president on their last night. They had taken a camper on the property to park overnight without asking us permission. The HOA president text to inform us that there was a camper on our property which is not allowed as per the HOA covenants. We called the renters immediately and explained to them that campers were not allowed and that they would need to move it back to the camping spot they had rented. Despite 3 calls to them they refused to move the camper. We were several hours away and there was nothing we could do other than plea with the renters to follow the rules. The HOA president became very agitated when the renters refused to move the camper and escalated the situation well beyond what was reasonable. This was of great concern to us and we have since reached out to the HOA, and informed this individual that he nor his family are allowed to step foot on our property and have no reason to interact with our guests. I do acknowledge that I was not as clear on the HOA rules as I should have been and immediately reached out to all scheduled guests and put the HOA rules in our check in instructions. This unfortunate incident could have been avoided had Phyllis and her guests asked permission before parking a camper on our property or moved it any of the time times we called to ask them to move it. We have had several guests both before and after Phyllis who have not had any issues whatsoever.
