A warm interior with an air-conditioned, spacious and bright living room with a comfortable lounge area, dining area, fully equipped fitted kitchen, 3 cosy bedrooms with high-quality bedding, modern bathroom, separate toilet and pantry.
The advantages: each child has their own bedroom! Air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom - Beds made on arrival and towels included.

You can enjoy a terrace with a distant view of the Château d'Aubenas, without any neighbours opposite, where you can enjoy your breakfast or summer evenings around the plancha.
Part of the terrace is semi-open, with garden furniture and deckchairs available.
Single-storey, non-smoking gîte with Wi-Fi connection, private parking and carport.

The nearest water source for swimming in Luol is 1.6 kilometres away by car (small water reserve on a river).
