The house was great for me and my crew while we were in the area for a project. It's nice to have a 4 bedroom with all the beds at least queen size, and they were all comfy. The house was really spacious and clean and made for an easy location for us to come and go from each day.

My family stayed here for some Saturday events in Sacramento. Anthony's place was ideally located for us. The house is clean and spacious, and located in a nice neighborhood. The house is convenient to area amenities and to Sacramento, Folsom and other local areas.High marks from me for Anthony and his house!

Nice new home in a good neighborhood

House was excellent, safe neighborhood great local location with a nice park a short walk away. House was easy to find and check in and out was easy. There a few improvements I recommended that would take it from excellent to perfect- dishwasher fix and more blankets.

We really enjoyed the stay at this place. However, we recommend to keep some extra bedsheets at the house for future. Also, if one of the sofas could be sofabed, that would be great. We'll definitely stay here if we come to this area again.

Great for family

No question this would be a perfect property for families. We as elderly couples would have benefited from grab bars in the bathrooms. Anthony was extremely responsive.

Great house for family gathering

Clean, well stocked house for multi-family set up. Comfortable beds and the labels on drawers in the kitchen were very helpful! The host was very easy to work with and responsive to questions. The host also does not require an elaborate check out process which made things very friendly and easy going.

Nice and clean house. Could use a propane bbq outside, and more pots and pans for the kitchen. Anthony was nice and easy to work with.

Great Home

Anthony was super easy to work with and his home was great! We only used the interior as CA was in a heat wave during our vacation time...too hot to be in the backyard. The AC was awesome and kept the house very comfortable! We will definitely be renting again. All beds were very comfortable and everything was spotless. Definitely a 5 star rating.

Family reunion

Great property, excellent location! With a 2 year old running around we noticed the floors needed cleaning, contacted the property manager and they (manager/owner) came out promptly and mop the entire place! The yard needs a lot of work and would have been nice to have some yard furniture outside!

Thanksgiving gathering

Two houses were rented for a family reunion, ours was determined to be the best for the dinner. Plenty of room, comfy beds, plenty of kitchen utensils and a very comfortable feel. Anthony was very responsive with all questions.

Family gathering

We were in Sacremento for the Labor Day weekend to visit our daughter. The house was beautiful and very conveniently located. It was spacious and provided the perfect place for our family to spend time together. There were excessive heat warnings in effect, so this space was also a welcoming oasis. The host was very responsive and answered our questions immediately. We hope to stay again and would recommend to our family and friends.

We totally enjoyed our stay in this property. I can’t say enough praises for this property. Property is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Very convenient location for events in east Sacramento. Easy access to the highway. Close to shopping places like Korean Plaza, Costco. Large floor area. Flow of space was really good. Loved the double sinks in the bathrooms. Property was clean including the refrigerator, microwave and utensils. Anthony was prompt on replies and easy to talk to.

Perfect family house

We were in the Sacto area for our granddaughter's surgery at UCD Medical Center. This house was strategically located for easy access to freeways & downtown, making runs out to Folsom to shop, meeting friends for dinner, etc. The home very comfortably accommodates eight adults if needed. Living areas are spacious and there's multiple eating areas also. The only critiques are that the ice maker was not working so it was necessary to buy ice and that there was no toaster. But the host, Anthony, was so very helpful to us during our stay and we greatly appreciated it.
