Lourdas Beach View Villa
As its name suggests, Villa Lourdas Beach View has fantastic views over the nearby beach and resort of Lourdas. The fantastic scenery can be enjoyed from the large private swimming pool and terrace as well as the living area and both bedrooms. Not only that, but you'll also have a choice of restaurants right on your doorstep, with the centre of Lourdas and the beach within a very short drive.The large private infinity swimming pool is surrounded by plenty of space for relaxation, soaking up the sun or admiring the fabulous views over the Lourdas countryside down to the sea. There is a wooden pergola offering some much welcome shade from the sun for alfresco dining, with the brick BBQ towards the back of the house.Metal gates opens onto the large paved parking area, bordered by mature trees and shrubs. The main entrance to the villa is to the rear by the BBQ terrace.

What makes this property unique
The property has large pool more than 10 meters long and the views from the pool and the terrace are amazing. Property has privacy but at the same time is close to the village and the guests are only few minutes walk from the chemist/ bakery/ petrol station/restaurants bars.
