The accommodation
The house is located on a plot of 4500m2.

On the ground floor:
- 3 bedrooms (18m2, 12m2, 12m2);
- 2 bathrooms;
- 2 toilets, 1 of which is separate;
- open plan living room including kitchen, living room, dining room, games room;
- laundry room (washing machine, dryer, drying rack)

The main bathroom has an independent entrance from the hallway and a door to the master bedroom. There is a double corner bath and a large shower (160x90), a double vanity unit and a large changing table

- 1 mezzanine play area (~40-50m2) with small pool table and small air hockey table

The courtyard in front of the house allows parking for 6-7 cars (in the property).
