20 m² studio adjoining the owner's house: equipped kitchen area, space with a table and 2 chairs, double bed 140, television, electric heating, wifi access, shower room with toilet (shower, sink, toilet, heated towel rail). Private space of 24 m² with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue. Shared garden of 400 m² with sun loungers. Possibility to park in front of the cottage in the car park.
