Dit appartement ligt aan de rand van de duinen en op slechts een paar minuten lopen van het strand. De toegang tot het strand ligt tegenover het wooncomplex.

Het appartement ligt op de eerste verdieping, die ook de hoogste verdieping is. Het mooie grote balkon ligt op het zuidwesten en heeft een comfortabele zithoek.

De woonkamer heeft een dubbele glazen schuifdeur naar het balkon, keuken, twee slaapkamers met een tweepersoonsbed en twee eenpersoonsbedden. Goed uitgeruste badkamer met wastafel, toilet, bad en douche. ook; Centrale verwarming, lcd-tv, cd en audio, internet. Balkon met bankstel. Alles heel goed uitgerust
