The living room is equipped with a 65" smart TV with wifi. The master suite has a very comfortable queen size adjustable bed, with a wall mounted 43" TV and door to the lanai. A guest room with a queen bed and a den with a sofa bed. The house has an open floor plan with a screen enclosed lanai that is fully furnished, the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. With a $50 per person Temporary resident ID purchased from The Villages, you can enjoy all the benefits of home ownership, such as free golf at the 40 executive golf courses (minimal fee charged per person when using a golf cart), golfing at the 12 championship courses requires additional fees, swim at any of the recreation center pools, play tennis, pickleball or sign up and participate in over 2000 organized clubs and activities.

The Villages Florida Pros/Advantages You don’t have to leave the community (and it’s “safety”) to go grocery shopping, dine out, go to the doctor, etc. like you have to do in almost all other retirement communities. The Villages has more of those goods, services and other amenities per capita than most places in Florida.
