Renovated in 2016, this bright and comfortably furnished 85m2 apartment has its own entrance, a sun terrace and a large garden.

Inside there is a cozy bedroom, a sunlit living-dining room with open fireplace, a spacious kitchen and a bathroom with a bath and a walk-in shower.

The fitted kitchen with sitting area has been newly equipped with all necessary appliances (electric stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster).

In the cozy living-dining room, the cozy couch landscape and a seating area invite you to linger. For best television entertainment, two modern LCD flat-screen TVs with digital cable connection.

The new bedroom with comfortable beds in box spring height and garden view promises quiet and restful nights.

In the sunshine lures the spacious garden. The sitting area in the sheltered part of the south-east terrace is ideal for barbecues or breakfasts.
In the evening, you can enjoy the view over the heights of the Westerwald there or on the porch of our garden house in the Swedish style and end the day with a cold beer.

Miscellaneous: Free Wi-Fi use included. Washing machine and clothes dryer may be shared on request.

In the Westerwald you can expect beautiful natural, forest and lake landscapes, peace, good air and much to discover. In summer the Westerwald is a paradise for hikers, in winter for skiers and cross-country fans. Be enchanted by the beauty of the region and lose your heart to this special place!

Your apartment is located on the edge of the "National Heritage Stegskopf", which means you have the opportunity to go on extended hikes in unspoiled nature!

In addition, the spa town of Bad Marienberg with its many attractions (wildlife park, basalt park, climbing forest, Wolfsstein, spa park with Kneipp water treads and spa and fun pool with large sauna area), shopping, and cafes and restaurants in 3-5 km distance very easy to reach.

Other worthwhile destinations in the area:
- the Fuchskaute, the highest elevation of the Westerwald, with many beautiful hiking trails and a restaurant

- Lake Wiesensee: here you will also find beautiful circular hiking trails, golf course, boat rental and the log house café "Café Seewies" serving delicious, home-baked cakes on its sun terrace

- the Holzbachschlucht gorge, a haunted paradise for hikers and explorers

- the city of Hachenburg with its landscape museum, castle, the historic old town center and a diverse restaurant and cultural offer (including a state-of-the-art multiplex cinema)

- The Westerwald Lake District with golf course, hiking and swimming

- the Kroppacher Schweiz, also a very attractive, extensive hiking landscape around the large and small Nister
