Located in the heart of the Forêt d’Orient Regional Nature Park and the Great Lakes of Champagne, 45 minutes from Troyes and 5 minutes from the airfield, this single-story holiday rental welcomes you to a quiet, lush setting—ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. Sleeping up to 4 people and a baby, this functional holiday rental features simple, tasteful decor designed to provide you with all the comfort you need. The bright living area opens directly onto a terrace, and the enclosed garden is perfect for enjoying sunny days in complete tranquility—whether you’re having a meal, reading a book, or watching the children play safely. You’ll appreciate the immediate proximity to the lakes for swimming, fishing, or bike rides. You’re also just a few minutes away from Brienne-le-Château—with its Napoleon Museum and shops—and Dienville, with its port and restaurants. Parking is available for our fishing friends’ boats. You’ll have access to a living room with a lounge area (board games, toys) and a dining area, a kitchen, a double bedroom (140x190 bed + cot), a twin bedroom (2 90x190 beds), a bathroom (large extra-flat shower pan, sink), and a separate toilet. Outside, there’s outdoor furniture, an awning, a barbecue, and a garden with raspberry bushes. In the basement, you’ll find a kitchenette (freestanding electric oven) and a secure area to store your motorcycles and bicycles. Enclosed parking on the property. To make your stay more enjoyable, the beds will be made upon arrival, and towels and linens are provided; heating and electricity are included in the rental price (except for stays in October and November). End-of-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee.
