The house was surface clean, generally, but needed some updating and repairs. Small kitchen appliances were very worn and old. Lots of windows in the main living area, but needed some repairs and cleaning. Be sure to bring your own blue tooth speakers, and WiFi is sporadic. Has an ice maker which was great. Walkway to beach right next door. Lots of space to spread out. We rented bikes with our credit which was nice.

Overall our stay was enjoyable but the house could use some TLC. When we arrived the yard had not been maintained (yard crew came after several calls), cleaning staff missed a bathroom, the gate to the pool was broken and grill ran out of gas (reported, wasn't addressed), water went out (reported, was fixed), pool furniture was in bad shape, etc. We also did not realize the house beach path led to the public beach path/access which was quite crowded, especially at high tide.
