Private terrace. Individual electric vehicle charging point. Shared land. Laundry room shared by 3 gites in an annex building (washing machine and dryer). Former holiday camp, completely renovated and transformed into a complex of 5 cottages (4 adjoining cottages and 1 individual cottage) on a 6000 m² plot bordered by forests. Shared common areas: laundry room, plancha, flat land. Large private terrace with an unobstructed view of the mountain range. Parking on the grounds. Shops in Aigueblanche. Discover this group of 5 groupable gites, located 14 km from the Celliers cable car linking Valmorel/St François-Longchamp, 20 km from the Naves Nordic ski area (70 km of marked trails for cross-country skiing, skating. Hiking enthusiasts? The Lauzière massif awaits you directly from the gite for nature getaways. For a relaxing day, the Morel leisure center with swimming pool or the Thermes de la Léchère are only 10 km away.
