Great Communication

Communication and response to issues were amazing. Appreciated having laundry soap and pantry items. When I asked for a mop and bucket one was delivered. We ended up adding a few skillets because we needed more than one. Also a coffee maker was added to the house supplies as none of us have experience with a French press and drink way to much coffee for a keurig. Housekeeping needs to put more effort in to making sure the whole house is clean. Owner was informed about issues and hopefully she will get them to correct the problems or find another cleaner. Owner definitely needs to inspect the property or do random inspections because they are definitely not getting their money’s worth in the cleaning department.
