Great spot in great location

Really great place. I slept very well, comfortable bed and quiet. Location is fantastic and so close to beach, and metro. Owner very helpful and communicative. I will return to Rio and if available come back to this flat.

Great location in Arpoador between Copacabana and Ipanema. The building has 24 doormen, elevators, and cameras. The apartment is a great studio, exactly as shown. I stayed in February for a week and returned for two more weeks in March 2026. There was a new refrigerator and showerhead in March. The air conditioner was great as well as the ceiling fan. Very clean. Firm bed. Small kitchen and bathroom but has everything you need. Quiet - on the back of the building and I never heard noise from other apartments. Very nice light all day. Seamless check-in with a door code. The owner and apartment manager are lovely and have very good communication. I highly recommend the apartment and would stay again.

Great Stay

This place has a nice location close to the beach. I had everything I needed. One thing I would highly recommend is that blackout curtains be installed over the window, it would be nice to control the sunlight when its bright out.

Great Studio in an excellent location

The apartment is well located to everywhere you need to go, and just a short walk away from anywhere in the Copacabana and Leblon area. Also had a cute kitchenette and a very strong AC that quickly cools the room when needed.

Perfect location

Has all the ammenities as described and then some. I came from the US during carnival and it was still quite enough to sleep well. The AC worked great and the gas oven came in handy. Directions/door code sent the day of, just check the email carefully as it is in Portugese.

Bettina was so great with communication and accommodating our late arrival (2am). The door locks with a keypad which made it easy for entry and we didn’t have to worry about losing a key. There’s also controlled access to the building which made it feel safe. The only downside is that there is something with the circulation or I’m not sure what, but the smell of cigarette smoke is present whenever a neighbor is smoking and it’s especially strong in the bathroom. I’m not sure why that happened, but it was really the only problem.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, in einem oberen Stockwerk. Ich habe mich immer sicher gefühlt. Man hat alles was man beaucht im Apartement und naher Umgebung. Zur Copacabana oder auch zum Strand von Ipanema sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß.

El departamento es muy pequeño pero está muy prolijo y tiene todo lo que se necesita. La cocina está súper equipada como para cocinar. El colchón es muy cómodo. El único inconveniente que tuvimos entiendo que no dependió de la dueña, estuvimos 5 días sin internet. La dueña intento resolverlo llamando a la empresa para que viniera a ver que sucedía, o sea hizo todo lo que estaba a su alcance. Por lo demás todo excelente.

Todo lo necesario para una estafia perfecta en Rio

Nos hospedamos 13 días y la experiencia fue excelente. El departamento tiene una ubicación inmejorable en Copacabana, a solo dos cuadras del mar y rodeado de todo lo necesario: supermercado a una cuadra, farmacia,ferreteria, lavandería,(se puede pagar con Pix) y la estación del metro a una cuadra.El edificio cuenta con seguridad 24 horas, lo cual brinda mucha tranquilidad.El departamento es pequeño, pero perfecto para dos personas. Todo estaba muy limpio y el ambiente es muy silencioso, ideal para descansar. No tuvimos ningún inconveniente durante toda la estadía.Como sugerencia, sería ideal que las ventanas tengan cortinas black out o más gruesas para evitar que pase la luz por las mañanas.Betiana fue siempre muy cordial y atenta, respondió todos los mensajes de manera rápida.¡Un 10 de 10! Sin dudas volveríamos.
