We are lucky to have a 24/7 garage access card for our guests at this condo. The garage is one block away from the building and parking for one car is covered with a small $5 per day fee to use our access card. If you do not wish to use our garage card or have additional vehicles, all day parking on street and at select parking garages is best handled by downloading the ParkSavannah App to pay for any numbered space through an app of your phone.
We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. Loved this condo. Cute, comfortable, and great location. Exactly as described. Walking distance from restaurants, shops, City Market, and River Street. Communication with the host was easy. Great place to stay!
While the location is excellent with walking distance to everything it is far from excellent on peace and quiet. Noise started early evening and continues until 4 am with cars racing, people yelling and partying to all hours. We stayed downtown so we could just park and walk but it would be wiser to book by Forsyth Park where it is quite and peaceful and drive to downtown and pay the parking fees.
Telfair Loft is in a great location! Walking distance to almost everything - restaurants, shopping, waterfront, squares...The apartment had plenty of room for four adults. It is nicely updated. The parking pass was easy to use and nearby.The building needs to update the windows/clean the windows. They are not operational and very dirty.The elevator was a bit scary.Believe this and other reviews - the night noise is real. The traffic and people noise goes well into the early hours. We were there Fri. & Sat. nights. We had a great time in Savannah!
Apartment was clean, convenient, and appeared to be newly updated. Location is great for walking. They also offer a parking pass to a nearby garage which is so nice as not all properties do. As we stay in this building frequently, we were prepared with a noise machine, but know that the rooms are noisy at night. The only thing I would recommend (or bring my own) is extra pillows.
Enjoyed our brief stay at the Vrbo house ! We were exhausted after our time at the convention but it was the perfect location and the bed was extremely comfortable!
The location was perfect as far as distance from all of the attractions in the area, and it was easy to get around to explore other areas of Savannah.
The unit was updated recently, it’s very obvious. No WiFi in unit. The towels were stale & smelly. I washed them 3x’s and no change. It was really gross. We bought laundry detergent & coffee, none available in the unit. The windows were so dirty It was hard to see out of them. The elevator is out of a horror movie, the hallway carpets were disgustingly dirty and the building just had a foul smell to it.

Didn’t realize there was a Jazz Festival in town. The auto and motorcycle noise at night was loud. The rest of the time was fine.

Loved staying close to historic areas, shopping and sightseeing in Savannah. The loft was roomy and perfect for our family of 5. It was nice to have convenient parking in a garage close by.
This was a beautiful place in the perfect location. We could walk anywhere we wanted to go. We were surrounded by wonderful places to eat. We will definitely be staying again when we return to Savannah.
Overall, this property was great. I read other reviews before booking this property, so we were prepared for the noise from the street. The location of this property was fantastic for exploring historic Savannah. Side note, there was no wifi access for this unit.

Perfect space for 2 couples!! The property has two separate, very large private bedrooms w/ bathrooms off of each bedroom to give privacy & plenty of space for 2 couples while allowing us to share common areas!

The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable, convenient location. The only downside is move your vehicle out of the parking garage before you check out or you have to pay $42 for parking

Good location but….
This condo was in the heart of downtown so walkable to everywhere. BUT the drawback is the noise at night. Impossible to sleep between the sirens all night, the people yelling and general party noise until 4am. We were out late each night also but until 2am on Friday and 4am on Saturday of outside noise was not expected.
Also, there is no tv service which isn’t made known before renting. We wanted to watch Kentucky Derby but after texting manager we were told due to age of building there is no service.
The place was clean in general but the bathroom (front bedroom en suite) had mold around the air vent as well as dust balls along the top part of the walls.
Beds were comfortable and kitchen appliances were nice.
Nice location, but very noisy at night. Bathroom baseboard and walls not super clean. Also dust on walls from vents. Had a problem with parking pass and manager was offended we asked for our money back for parking.
We had a weekend girls trip and the location of this unit could not have been better! The included parking pass for the nearby deck was also a big plus. Would totally recommend this unit to anyone!
