Beautifully decorated by a local interior designer, this home has everything you need to host a big group while enjoying all Colorado Springs has to offer

Kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal. Coffee bar with a Mr. Coffee coffee pot, coffee, tea, sugar and creamer. Dining table for 8 people and a new butcher block kitchen counter with 3 stools.

Living room has a brown vegan leather couch and two black vegan leather chairs. There is a 65 in Roku Smart TV for you to enjoy a good show or movie.

Bedroom 1: Queen bed, dresser, and a desk with incredible views of Pikes Peak.

Bedroom 3: Bunkroom has a full size bunk bed and two additional full size beds. Additionally it has a Roku Smart TV and a stand up NBA Jam Arcade game.

The house has two bathrooms, each has a bathtub and shower, and comes stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The backyard is the best part of the house. It has a deck with an 8 person dining table, grill, hot tub, corn hole, and string lights so you can enjoy it all at night. You can enjoy all of this in front of the best views of the mountain range in town.

Great view!

The property was comfortable for our group of 8. 5 kids shared the multi bed bedroom and the adults were on the opposite side of the house. The view is phenomenal from almost every room. Would definitely rent this property again

Good location

The house is nicely decorated and equipped for pets and kids. It was a good base for visiting and entertaining local family. The hot tub could have been warmer and the grill needs some attention. We could easily drive where we needed to go from this location.

Incredible views, convenient location.

Extremely well maintained and decorated home, with comfortable furniture and beds. Very clean, beautifully decorated, lots of windows but also nice plantation style blinds plus curtains. Excellent location convenient to downtown CSprings and everything around. Excellent property. We'll stay here again

Beautiful Mountain View’s out the back yard and right next to a park where we saw a group of mule deer daily. Also in a nice residential area but close to restaurants and downtown
