About this property

We completely renovated this bright & airy space from top to bottom with a touch of rustic-modern; near Old Colorado City, the new hot spot destination of Colorado Springs that is located close to just about everything you’d want to do. Just browse through the photos and you’ll see why we are so proud of this space, loaded with all the bells & whistles sure to assist in making your stay memorable, relaxed and stress free. We're also proud to boast we now have central A.C.!!!

Entering the home you will first notice the restored, original hard wood flooring which covers most of the home. The charming living/dining combo offers a rustic-modern feel with plenty of room for small or larger families.

The large, bright kitchen has a nice pantry and loads of cabinet storage, butcher block counters, accent tile and all stainless steel appliances. The side door opens onto a nice deck, fenced in yard and grill (just look in the pantry for charcoal & lighter fluid).

The hallway leads to a HUGE, private master suite. Vaulted ceilings, private master bath with jetted tub and two walk-in closets. The master has a fireplace and the back door also leads to the side deck. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have TVs, DVD players, closet and extra blankets. The 2nd bedroom provides a full size bed and the 3rd bedroom has bunk beds (twin over full).

There are loads of fun artwork and curious shelving accessories everywhere you look. We have TVs in all the bedrooms for those days you want to stay in or catch the big game. There are also DVD players and movies in the living room on each end of the fireplace.

It's just a short drive, sometimes walk, to many of the main attractions in Colorado Springs such as Garden of the Gods, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Broadmoor Hotel, Manitou Springs, Red Rock Canyon Park is across the street, Pikes National Forest, Pikes Peak summit & great views of it, Cave of the Winds, the incline and lots more!

Within walking distance from the town home is hiking & biking trails, Garden of the Gods is right behind you and Red Rock Canyon is in front across Hwy 24. There are restaurants all around you in either Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City, Ivy Wild or downtown. You are right in the middle of it all! Downtown is only a few miles away with museums, shops, more restaurants & breweries, US Olympic Center and more.

Nearest Commercial Airport: Colorado Springs Airport, 7770 Milton E Proby Pkwy, Colorado Springs, CO 80916 (~11.4 miles away) & Denver International Airport, 8500 Peña Blvd, Denver, CO 80249 (~86.2 miles away).

Penrose and UC Health Memorial Hospital are both just right downtown with quick access from Hwy 24 and just about 10 minutes away.

Would definitely come back to stay

The house was great! It is very well maintained and clean. Extremely well stocked/supplied with items that one would expect to find in their own home, and then some! The only thing that could have made it better was earlier initiation of a check in process. Don't get me wrong, hosts were very responsive, but we didn't get the access code/details for check in until late afternoon. I didn't love the fact that we'd already made it to our destination before getting that information. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay. Our kids loved it, our dog would have loved it lol. It comes recommended from our family to yours.

Great for family

Beautiful home with modern updates which was perfect for our family's visit. Plenty of space for everyone and a nice master retreat at the back of the house away from the other bedrooms. Single level home however multiple stairs/steps from street to front door which makes it a little challenging for those with mobility issues or even carrying luggage. Overall great experience.

Cozy spot close to everything!

My family and I wanted to cruise around the area and hit all the adventure spots; this place was a perfect hub for it all, to caving, hiking and more. Plus, it’s super close to restaurants and the grocery store. The house itself was a great layout for our family, it had everything we needed. It’s tidy and cozy, we’d definitely come back!

Very nice dog-friendly house

Lovely classic house with fenced yard. Our adult son's bedroom was at one end and ours at the other, so very private. Great location close to Manitou Springs, dog park, hiking, and restaurants.

We are a blended family of 4 with 2 kids now getting ready for college. We love hiking, thrill seeking, traveling, all sports (especially tennis), trying new restaurants, camping, dog parks, movies, concerts, etc. We've been in the Springs since 94' and earlier so we have a lot of favorite spots and recommendations. My wife, Jen, speaks fluent Spanish & some Italian in case that’s of help. I only speak English. 

I have been flipping homes, custom renovations, building new and providing real estate brokerage services for about 15 years now. We have quite a few short & long term rental residential & commercial buildings in town with a great crew that keeps everything running smooth. Just let me know if you have any questions about where to eat, what to do, etc. and I'll be more than happy to help you out!

HOME IS STOCKED! We think you'll agree that we went above and beyond trying to think of everything our guests would need to make their stay comfortable, much of which you won't find at another place; not to mention no expense spared in decorating. Ha!

OUR STAFF: Since we have a full time maintenance, office and cleaning staff already in place managing our long term rentals, we also have the unique ability to assist you quickly with anything you might need to make your stay more enjoyable; as well as any emergencies repairs that may come up time to time.

WE WELCOME YOUR FURRY FRIENDS: Lastly, Colorado is a big dog & pet friendly state and we have 2 dogs ourselves that we are often limited in our accommodation choices; SO, we have decided to be pet friendly ourselves. We will call this unique! :)
