This is a private and completely separate upper unit with 3Rooms, 2Baths, family/dining room, laundry facility; and spacious and fully functional kitchen with coffee bar.

The Space:
This upper level duplex has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. As you walk in up the stairs you will find an open concept living and dining room. Large kitchen is fully equipped with cooking essentials. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a private bathroom, walk-in closet, and a crib for families with little ones. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed along with a desk for work or school. The third bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bathroom is in the hallway, easily accessible for guests staying in the smaller bedrooms. Next to the bathroom is a linen closet where you will find extra towel, pillows, blankets, toilet papers, and paper towels.

Wonderful time in Kent

Our time at KentRenton was great. It was a great spot to be for everything we partook of while in WA. The place was super comfortable and a wonderful oasis. The amenities provide was great. This would a place for our next visit.

Perfect Accommodation

This property was amazing and exactly what we needed. We will definitely be staying here many more times this year. It was close to everything we needed and had all the amenities of comfort.

Great Place to Stay While Visiting Seattle

We enjoyed our stay and the place was as advertised. The check-in process was easy, although I had communicated with the owner and advised them that we would be arriving after dark--leaving the front outside door light on would have been a nice touch. The neighborhood is very quiet and very dark. We enjoyed the deck and admiring the huge fir trees in the back yard. We were able to springboard from the house to all of the Seattle sights with relative ease. The place is in a very beautiful spot. I was concerned, however, that the dishwasher was not functional and the owner did not respond to my query about getting it fixed. We had enjoyed great communication before the trip, but my text about the dishwasher went unanswered for three days.
