Invitation to the seaside Portbail 400m beach

A beautifully decorated, brand-new house just 400 metres from the beach. The open-plan kitchen offers ample storage and swivel bar stools for added comfort. The living room is divided into two areas: a TV area with a comfortable sofa and a more intimate space with two armchairs and a coffee table, perfect for enjoying an aperitif. A laundry area with a washing machine, dryer, and iron is located on the ground floor. Guests staying in the spacious ground-floor bedroom also have access to a private terrace with a hammock for relaxation. Upstairs, a large bedroom features two 90cm x 200cm beds, a desk, and a mirror. A second bedroom, decorated in shades of azure blue, is also located on this landing. Between these two bedrooms, a reading nook with a library awaits, as well as a bathroom with a whirlpool tub. We look forward to welcoming you to this magical place, ideal for relaxation and well-being.

Maison neuve, lumineuse, située dans un quartier calme et à 5 minutes à pied de la mer.La cuisine est bien équipée, les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits confortables. Parfait pour passer de bonnes vacances.
