brewery, and several restaurants and bars. Soak up sunny days on the water - rent surfboards, paddleboards, kayaks, and motorboats nearby. Or just enjoy the beach and intimate heated community pool with provided lounges, beach chairs, umbrellas, and more. You are also just a five minute walk from Splash Harbor Water Park! Venture up to Indian Rocks Beach Nature Preserve, one mile away, which features scenic waterfront boardwalk trails.

Seaside Sunsets is perched on the top floor of an intimate two-building community with just seven units and this Gulf Front condo is just steps away from the sand. If that isn't enough, this remarkable location is cushioned from Gulf Blvd and traffic noise by a front condo building that provides a buffer for a peaceful stay. The open floor plan features many windows with views of the Gulf and tons of light, casually elegant decor, and wood flooring throughout. The private balcony overlooking the sand sets a perfect backdrop for morning sunrise coffee and evening sunset cocktails.

After a day of sunshine and beach activities, sit back and watch a film on the 65' Roku-equipped smart TV or simply marvel at the beautiful vista. The spacious and upgraded kitchen has a full suite of appliances, plus extras like a blender, a Keurig, a Crockpot, and ample counter space - making meal preparation a breeze. When it's time to eat, there's a wooden dining table that seats six. Each bedroom has a Roku-equipped TV, a ceiling fan, and hotel-quality linens. The primary suite has a walk-in closet, relaxing coastal decor, and a modernized, spa-inspired en suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a double bed and bunk bed twin mattresses.

Park your car for the duration of your stay in the dedicated under building parking or just Uber from the airport. Once you arrive at Seaside Sunsets, you will have everything you need for the perfect, restful, and fun-packed beach vacation you are looking for.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
