Experience living steps away from the sugar sand beaches that cool your feet on even the hottest days. Go for a relaxing morning walk and dip your toes in the calming blue-green water as the dolphins frolic nearby. Looking for activities? Every day presents a new adventure, including water sports, fishing, boating, kite surfing and more. Enjoyed our stay! Just as described. Easy walk to John’s Pass. Easy walk on beach. Air conditioner stopped working but owner immediately had it checked and fixed!! Very easy to communicate with owner. Lovely place.

Book this property NOW! We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Madeira Beach! The unit was spotless and very well-kept, which made it feel immediately comfortable. The air-conditioning worked perfectly and kept the condo cool, even during the heat of the day. The view from the unit was absolutely beautiful and made mornings and evenings extra relaxing. The location is also fantastic, right on the beach with restaurants and shopping just down the road at John’s Pass. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place in Madeira Beach! BTW… you have to visit American Legion Post 273 while you’re there!

It was wonderful place to stay. Had everything we needed. Only one problem that was all the codes. Sometimes they worked other times we had to try several times. I thought u might want to know that the door security pad and handle are loose. They may want to look at that also i think it needs darker blinds in the front bedroom. Everything else was great. Would definitely stay again.

So beautiful, couldn't be any better. Condo is clean, comfortable beds, walking out on the patio every morning, seeing dolphins was incredible. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful Location

We have stayed at the Sea Breeze, every year for the past 10 years. Although we always stay in different units, I have to say this unit was in the top 2. Location of the condo was excellent and the few questions I had for the owner, were answered within 2-3 hours by email.

Sister get away to celebrate a 70th birthday

We had a great stay, the views were amazing the condo was decorated beautifully. We had plenty of room and it was located across from the elevator and the laundry room which was great. The parking was easy and the location to a great little shopping area was a plus. If I was to offer a suggestion it would be to leave extra trash bags, 2 was not enough.

Condo interior and balcony views are very nice and well equipped for 4 adults. The building surrounds have been damaged substantially by the November 2024 hurricanes. The area is clearly still recovering and the amenities (e.g. pool, hot tub and patio sun lounger areas are still badly damaged and in need of significant work to re establish.

Absolutely beautiful!

My family had an absolutely wonderful vacation on Madeira Beach! The view of the sand and water is just amazing. The condo was perfect and had all the necessities we needed plus some. Jeff was always quick to respond to any question I had and checked in on us throughout to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this condo.

Great Beach Views

We enjoyed staying at this property. It had great access to the beach, wonderful beach views from the balcony and was a very clean and well equipped property. The bedrooms were nicely decorated including comfortable beds but the bathrooms have not been updated. I do think having a couple additional chairs (only had 2) for the balcony would be a great addition to this place. Overall we enjoyed the property and our time at the beach.

What an amazing stay and location! Jeffrey was amazing and all with the unit was as promised! More than we were expecting and all that we needed! The view was spectacular and the unit was comfortable for all ages! Looking forward to our next trip back! Great location, walking distance to all entertainment and close proximity to a Publix(my favorite😉)! Certainly put us in a sunshine state of mind!

Excellent Vacation Spot for Young Children

Our family had an ideal stay at this property. Our kids loved the space and the ease of getting to and from the pool and beach. The condo is well-appointed with towels and beach gear. Everything a family could need is in the kitchen. There is a convenience store across the street if you need extra paper goods or drinks. We found the location highly walkable, even for littles who tire out in the sun. The water was so calm, the beach pristine and the sandbar boasted handfuls of sand dollars. It was such fun! We will rebook this exact condo for our next Florida vacation.

Great views

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Breeze. The views were amazing. The pool and hot tub were very clean and comfortable. Wish there were a few more shaded seats or umbrellas to sit under as there were only two but of course that doesn’t reflect on the host. The walk to the beach was easy. Loved having the beach chairs and umbrella available to use as well as sand toys for my youngest! The beds as well as all the furniture were so very comfortable. Would say a few more towels in the unit would be ideal although there is a laundry room right across from the unit to use if needed. The host did check in to make sure we had everything we needed and was quick to respond! I would definitely stay here with my family of 5 again!

Amazing property with a great balcony and access to a beach. Property comes with everything you need for a stay at the beach including beach chairs, towels, etc. It is also a quick walk to the bars and restaurants at John’s Pass. Would stay again!
