Very quiet location. From the seat you have a beautiful view of the village and towards Bernina and Rosegtal
with morning and afternoon - sun.
The apartment is simply and comfortably furnished. The furniture is not new, but well maintained.
Direct access to the cross-country ski trail, ideal starting point for hikes.
The train station and the nearest restaurant can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The village center of Pntresina in about 15 minutes.
The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 persons. 1 double bedroom and 2 extra beds in the living room (sofa bed),
separate kitchen with 3 hotplates, oven, filter and capsule coffee maker, toaster, raclette oven and fondue dishes etc.
Bathroom with bathtub.
Washing machine in the house. Satellite TV available. Parking spot. Pets are not allowed.
