The apartment is located on 850 m asl with the most beautiful view of the lake and the mountains in almost fog-free Ägerital! Very quiet, the driveway leads over a private road that ends at the house. The superbly equipped kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and coffee maker. In the living room there is a
Corner bench with pull-out table for up to 8 people. Dishes for 12 people available. Two bedrooms.  A bedroom with two beds (90x200) and a bedroom with two beds (trundle bed) and a bunk bed (all 90x200). In each room a large wardrobe. The living room is generously equipped with flat screen TV, Internet, satellite TV and DVD player, as well as numerous DVD's available on request. A couch to feel good. The bathroom is very bright, newly renovated and has a toilet and a bath with shower facilities. A washing machine and tumbler is for common use in the basement. the Ägerisee and the valley is a paradise for families with children, active vacationers, hikers and peace seekers. Hiking trails lead directly from the farm and are well developed. Two seats offer the most beautiful views of the lake and the mountains. A barbecue and sun loungers, garden furniture and parasols are available.





In summer (petting zoo) and in winter for families with small children very suitable (Farm)! Great playground with play tower, sandpit and big trampoline. Together with us live 3 dwarf goats, 4 chickens and many cats on our farm. Beautiful summer and winter hiking area. NEW: ski rates for families. Affordable day passes, two children's ski lifts, play park, revolving carousel and refreshment kiosk with seating. Hiking and skiing areas such as Nollen, rates are in 10 minutes and Hochstuckli, Stoos, Rigi, Hochybrig etc. are in about 20 to 30 minutes by car and the ö.V. very easy to reach. Cross-country skiing in Ägerital available. Toboggan runs, indoor pool (opening end of September 2018) and beach resorts in the immediate vicinity. Many sports activities such as Nordic walking, biking, sailing, windsurfing, rollerblading, hiking, water skiing, mini golf and much more! Various farm products are available! Small animals to pet and feed and stable visits (by arrangement) are possible. Let yourself be surprised!
