Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Cute but needs some work

TVs in two spare bedrooms did not work/ were not plugged up to network. Some outlets throughout the condo did not work. Also removing all trash and removing all bed linens with a 10 am check out timing seemed a bit over the top considering the 4 pm check in timing plus the pricing.

Excellent Condo

Condo was a great size for 3 teens and 4 parents. Beautiful decor and cleanliness. Close to convention center, Boardwalk and Bayside.

No help from property management

Condo next door was being remodeled and contractor worked all weekend Saturday until 8 PM. I contacted Vacasa. They said there was nothing they could do and was told to go see security. But there was none. I had to go ask them to stop hammering and sawing. Sunday morning they started work at 8AM and put all of their equipment in the front of our door and was working on the walk way?

Great time

The only few issues we had were I told them the toilet was loose in the master bath and nobody showed up to fix it. No broom in the condo. The screen door on patio was broken. Not a problem hit should make the double bed a queen.
