The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience.

This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience.
The den is open without a partition or wall.
A non-refundable cash building registration fee is required.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Needs update

The property it’s self and people working there was very nice. The unit we rented needed lots of help. Second bed was so old and bad I don’t know how anyone could get any rest. Bathrooms very dark and needed mats as showers were slippery. Needs updated very bad. Could be really nice if they updated the place and the furniture. I would not rent it out till it was in better condition. The people above had a leak and it came into the master bedroom so they had scrubbed the carpet in the room and it was wet . Just feel for the cost was really cheated.

Needs a ton of work

The location is great as well as the amenities, however the condo itself is completely falling apart. It needs a ton of work. There was a ceiling leak during our stay and had to put towels and wear shoes in the bedroom because the rug was soaked. The water didnt stay in the tub which made giving my toddlers a bath difficult, the kitchen cabinets were falling out, the one bed is insanely squeaky and loud. Not the worst place ive ever stayed but needs a ton of improvements

Nice beach access

Enjoyed our stay at Seawatch 1308, good value for the money. Direct access to the beach, great view and nice location. Oven needs to be cleaned, the condo filled up with smoke when using it.
