Accommodation: Stdoi air-conditioned A cosy little retreat with direct access to the beach, this mezzanine studio apartment can accommodate up to three people (two adults and one child or young teenager) and is very comfortable. (Fully equipped kitchen, tasteful décor, shower room, etc.).
Located on the first floor of a secure residence, it has 1 bed for 2 people on the mezzanine (140 cm bed) and 1 bed for 1 child or young teenager (100 cm) for a wonderful holiday by the Mediterranean Sea. Public parking is available at the bottom of the residence for the duration of your stay, allowing you to explore the area on foot. - *Dogs accepted on request and for an additional fee of 30 euros* - *Pre-registered deposit of 300 euros not debited, with a registration fee of 5.96 euros.*

Living room:
The living room opens onto a bay window. You can enjoy good meals with family and/or friends. Come and discover the local specialities: fish in all its forms, such as brandade, the famous monkfish bourride, gardiane de taureau (bull stew), rouille graulène (different from rouille sétoise)...

Kitchen: open to the living room, fully equipped (3-burner induction hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, coffee maker/Tassimo, toaster and kettle) with a table that can seat up to 6 people for meals and entertaining. *Tassimo coffee* Kitchen

Sleeping area: 1 140 cm bed on the mezzanine - 65x65 square pillows, duvet. *Sheet and towel kit available upon reservation for 20 euros for two people*.

In the living room, flat-screen TV, 100 cm sofa (1 seat).

Shower room, washbasin with drawer units, and toilet. (Washing machine).

Location: Ideally located on the beach, 150 m from shops, restaurants, and the lively town centre and fishing port. This apartment is on the right bank of Le Grau du Roi between:
the fishing port, where you can discover local life, watch the trawlers returning from fishing through the canal (swing bridge) in the middle of the afternoon and learn about the fishing trade: repairing and drying nets, sorting fish, setting up stalls along Quai Colbert...

and Europe's leading marina:
Port-Camargue, located in the heart of Marinas 1 and 2: an iconic location for yachts, sailboats, etc. and the UCPA sailing school.

Come and watch the magnificent sunsets over the sea along the Boulevard Maréchal Juin promenade and follow the flight of the flamingos over the Camargue's expanses of water.
