Initially disappointed

Upon arrival, after struggling with the door to get in, the apartment was in complete darkness (2 pm) and smelt musty and unaired. After fumbling around for a while we managed to open shutters on to the balcony and the view of the port was the saviour! The apartment was basic and probably needs updating (lighting was a bit dull in the evenings). The shower just soaked the whole bathroom. Overall the apartment was ok for us as we were not in it much.

Très dommage...

Emplacement parfait et très calme, vue très agréable, quartier très beau, consignes pour récupérer les clefs nickel. L'appartement malgré tout comporte des inconvénients qui ne sont pas acceptables : le vieux réfrigérateur fait un bruit très important et nous a empêché de dormir durant six nuits, l'éclairage est très insuffisant dans la partie entrée et salle de bain, les assiettes de la cuisine ne rentrent pas dans le tout petit micro-ondes c'est un comble, Viel appartement mal entretenu, mal bricolé qui peut pas être loué dans cet état, c'est un manque de respect pour les locataires, c'est vraiment très gênant.

On ne peut pas changer les voisins d en bas .agressé verbalement .regeter par les motelos ils ne comprennent pas que l on prenne une place au port pour aller la plage . en arrivant j ai eu du mal a ouvrir la porte , coincé devant pendant 1h ! Heureusement on m a guidé pour l ouvrir ( 3 serrure) .

Très vétuste et sale

Equipements vraiment ancien, les oreillers et les couvertures sont plus que douteux et méritent d'être changés. A notre arrivée nous avons du laver TOUTE la vaisselle qui était très sale. Le seul point positif est l'emplacement de ce studio et sa place de parking réservée. Je ne recommande absolument pas cette location.

Après avoir vérifié avec nos collègues sur place, nous avons été informés que les oreillers et les couvertures sont maintenant neufs. Nous avons également pris connaissance de votre remarque en ce qui concerne le ménage, et désormais nous nous appliquerons à faire que celui-ci soit fait de manière plus rigoureuse. Vue magnifique et calme assuré

Très belle vue sur le port, très calme, juste le cri des goélands, le cliquetis des mâts et le clapotis de l'eau ! Pas facile d'accès pour personnes handicapées ou à mobilité réduite à cause des marches pour accéder et marche d'entrée et d'accès au balcon élevées !
