Spread over two floors, the house is accessed from the garden through the atrium/laundry room. On the ground floor there is a completely refurbished open-style kitchen, with a large hob (six plates), oven, dishwasher and fridge. In addition, there is a second, larger fridge-freezer along with a washing machine in the laundry room. On the same floor, there is a comfortable living room with TV and radio and two bathrooms with toilet, bath/shower. On the first floor, there are two large bedrooms, (one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds) as well as ample wardrobe storage.
This beautifully-situated house is cozy and comfortably-furnished making it ideal for family holidays. A cot, changing table, high chair and bouncer chair (for children up to the age of 3) are available upon request at booking.
Please note: this is a non-smoking house and pets are not allowed. A small part of the house on the lower ground floor is reserved as storage space by the owner and is not accessible to guests; Internet Wi-Fi connection. A fee of CHF 7.00 is charged for each bag of pellets consumed with the use of the pellet stove.
