Wonderful little cabin

It is a beautiful little cabin, equipped with everything you need for a couple of days in the swiss alps. We stayed there in January and the heating was very good, it also had a nice fireplace. Lago Maggiore and Lucomagno pass are easily reachable and the town of Ludiano is also very nice.

A place to relax, hike and swim

This tiny Rustico was well equipped and a perfect starting point for us regarding all activities around Ticino area. Alessandro and his wife were very kind and always available if we needed them.

A juwel in Ticino

This little and cosy "rustico" was so nice to stay in. We loved our first experience with our children (6 and 8) in a house of stone. There are several hiking routs from the house and close by and nice places to visit (Filovia...), the river is in foot distance and the very welcome refreshing or just a beauty for the eye. The garden to the house is huge and really i little paradise. The hosts are very friendly, helpful and welcomed us very warm. We can only recommand it to other natur-lovers.

We loved the property. It was very comfortable , It was like a home away from home . The laid back feeling was really nice including the fire place which we really enjoyed .The surroundings and views were incredible. The landlord was very friendly , he had left everything we needed; the water was warm , there was cutlery , there was warmth e.c.t . We would definitely recommend it for anyone who needs a bit of a rest as we would love to go again . The property was very near big cities and towns , which is really nice if you would like to pass by somewhere else as well . Charming. Great hosts. Lovely area with fantastic walks. Two recommendations for the future. 1) would recommend directions as 'Via di Chiesa, Next to church in Ludiano' - I found it difficult to find as I put in Serravale-Ludiano into Google. Host very friendly and helped us. 2) Fit a booster to access internet from host's home. Host was very generous in letting us access his internet. Thankyou. We would certainly return again if the opportunity arose.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Super schönes,kleines Rustico mit grossem Garten und ganz tollen Vermietern.Wir waren 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern (35) plus Hund. Das Rustico ist mit allem eingerichtet was man braucht,auch in der Küche.Tolle Umgebung für Ruhe suchende aber auch für Tagesausflüge etc.Wir würden es jederzeit weiterempfehlen und wieder buchen.

Nostalgisches Haus mit romantischen Garten und wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge und ins Tal. Zu bestimmten Zeiten genießt man die Ruhe und den schönen Blick, aber jeden Morgen um 6:00 Uhr läuten die Kirchenglocken und auch die anliegende Straße ist klar vernehmbar. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, besonders war das Essen in der Gotte Milano. Gern empfehlen wir eine Reise nach Ludiano.

Typisches Rustico in guter Wanderregion

Für mich als Alleinreisender war das Rustico ein schöner Ausgangspunkt für meine Wanderungen. Das Haus hatte alles, was es brauchte - nur ein wenig feucht (einziger Kritikpunkt)! Vermieterpaar super nett und zuvorkommend… gerne wieder (konnte noch nicht alles erwandern)

schönes, kleines Häuschen mit tollem Garten und sehr gastfreundlicher Vermieterfamilie

Wir sind als Familie mit 2 Kindern und einem Hund gereist und haben die Zeit in dem Haus sehr genossen. Es ist sehr rustikal aber mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man findet alles vor, was im Alltag benötigt wird; und falls doch noch etwas fehlen sollte, ist Sandro, der Vermieter, direkt sehr hilfsbereit zur Stelle. Der große Garten lädt zum Grillen, Entspannen und Spielen ein - für Kinder sind einige Fahr- und Spielzeuge vorhanden. Das Haus ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für die zahlreichen Wanderrouten in der direkten Umgebung, aber auch für Ausflüge in die Region. Alles in allem haben wir einen sehr schönen Sommerurlaub an einem sehr schönen Fleckchen im Tessin verbracht. Insbesondere aber die große Gastfreundschaft von Sandro und seiner Familie haben einen bleibenden, sehr positiven Eindruck bei uns hinterlassen. Danke dafür!

Entspannung in ruhiger Umgebung mitten in der Natur

Wir genossen die ursprüngliche Tessinhütte (Rustico) mit ungefügen Stufen und den schönen Garten mit Schatten und konnten vom Alltag vollständig abschalten, weil es kein Wifi gab. Jeden Morgen sahen wir in die sonnenbeschienen Berggipfel und die Luft war rein und mild! --- english version: We enjoyed the original Tessinhütte (Rustico) with awkward steps and the beautiful garden with shade and were able to completely switch off from everyday life because there was no Wifi. Every morning we looked up at the sunlit mountain peaks and the air was clean and mild!

Sehr schön!

Die drei Tage im Tessin waren sehr schön. Wir haben es fast bedauert, dass so gutes Wetter war, denn in dem kleinen Häuschen hätte man sich gut noch länger aufhalten können! Auch der Garten mit der schönen Sicht ins Tal auf eine Kirche und zu Pferden auf der Wiese war sehr schön, die Eselfohlen ein paar hundert Meter weiter sehr süß - wirklich alles sehr nett. Alessandro war ein sehr umsichtiger und großzügiger Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Gemütliches Rustico

Wir haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen in ruhiger Umgebung mit vielen Wandermöglichkeiten. Sandro ist ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der uns bei der Bushaltestelle abgeholt und mit Rucola, Gurken und Feigen aus dem Garten verwöhnt hat.

Sehr schönes Häuschen und eine wundervolle Umgebung

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in diesem Haus. Es ist alles sehr einfach und genau das macht es so herrlich. Die Aussicht ist wundervoll, man hat abwechseln Schafe und Esel auf der Weide vor dem Haus.
