Pacific Heights two bedroom. This unit was fully rebuilt in 2012, it includes in unit washer and dryer, all hardwood floors, and a modern kitchen with an open plan. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, and the living room has a futon that pulls out into a double/full size sleep surface. This is a very quiet, private unit at the back interior corner of the building. Blocks away from Lafayette Park, Polk St., Whole Foods, and public transportation.

Perfect apartment in a great location!

Had the best stay here. Matt was super responsive and helpful and the apartment was beautiful and just as pictured (or even nicer!). Great location as well and it was super easy to get around, 10/10!

Condo in SF

Condo was great, and the host was very responsive. Beds were comfortable, linens and towels were first rate, location was excellent, and we had a great time. I would highly recommend this property.

24-hour Getaway

My family and I made a quick 24-hour trip to San Francisco and this property was the perfect spot for us. Four adults could stay at the condo comfortably in the two rooms and one bedroom. We had everything we needed and were in the perfect location to explore San Francisco. Matt was very communicative throughout the process. I would recommend staying here.

Matt’s apartment was perfect for our stay. The apartment and furnishings are nicer than the photo. His place was very clean. The beds and sofa are very comfortable. The neighborhood is nice, safe and clean. The check in process and communication was super easy. I would recommend Matt’s place and would want to stay here again.

Great location

We had a wonderful 3 night stay. Location was amazing and unit had everything we needed. Futon in living room was better than a sleep sofa. Would stay here again. Full size laundry was a very nice perk.

Pac Heights 2 BR

Property was perfect for a small group of people. Centrally located in the nice part of downtown SF. Parking was a challenge, but otherwise the property was ideal
