We love staying here (also because it’s so close to our old neighborhood). Great for walking, and Kerbey Lane is right nearby! The setup works great for us with the office space right next to the master bedroom. Love the big kitchen island and all the natural light. It’s true what some folks have said about the street parking - it can make things tricky with exiting the driveway - but that’s just life in a small cute neighborhood. Amazing shower/water pressure.

Short weekend stay in downtown Austin . Property manager was very helpful and communicative . House was well maintained and provided easy access to restaurants , grocery stores etc
The house was perfect for our little family of 5 over a long weekend! The location was great - close to H‑E‑B, great parks, & lots of local restaurants! Katherine, our host, was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay! Highly recommend!
Cute little house located in a quiet neighborhood but still in the city and close to everything! Owner was very accommodating when I had to bring my cat last minute. I will definitely stay here every time I visit Austin
We took a family trip up there. Everyone had a place to sleep. We were close to entertainment. When we did have an issue the management was fast to respond. Would recommend this place.

Big backyard and fenced in… Would’ve been perfect for our dog. The bed was very comfortable. The shower had good pressure too nice sitting areas with TVs sunny dining room. All the rooms were nice and bright, but you could close the shutters for a good night. Sleep nice neighborhood for walking and.. very close to grocery stores, restaurants clubs that we wanted to go and listen to musicWe enjoyed our three day stay they are very much!

I recently traveled to Austin to help a family member find an apartment and booked this house for our stay and what a gem! The location of the house was in a very cute neighborhood within short distance of everything we needed. The kitchen was clean with a large island and stocked with everything we needed. The bedrooms are very good size and the beds are comfortable. I also loved that it was easily accessible to MoPac with a bonus of not hearing a lot of traffic sound. Our hostess, Katherine, was very accommodating and checked with us to make sure we had everything we needed. If you need a quiet, comfortable and convenient place to stay, this place will be perfect.
My nieces and their mom stayed with a newborn, and found this house to be just right, thank you,
We lost the cover to my pack n play if someone would let me stop by to pick it up. It’s a gray fabric case.

I give this home an 11/10. Close to everything, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, beautifully furnished and decorated. The pictures do not do this place justice! Owner is very kind and helpful. We stayed 3 nights and will be back! The media room off the master has a sofa and tv plus a desk, which I used to work remotely for 3 days. Kitchen is large and well stocked. Even the couches are super comfortable. Both bedrooms are large. Backyard was great with 2 seating areas. Off street parking in the shade. Laundry room in the home. Large pantry for groceries if you’re staying for a while. Bathroom is spacious and towels were plush. I cannot think of a single thing this home was missing. Highly recommend.

We were here during an unusual cold snap that saw Texas in below freezing weather. Host was very communicative about what we needed to do to protect pipes, and fixed the hot water heater while we were there so that we had hot water. Thank you!

There is lots of fun happenings in Austin during the Christmas holiday. Our Spring is beautiful! Plenty of sunshine in the summer with three pools right near the house for fun in the sun. Fall here is fantastic, festival season.
Ideal location for our work group - close to our headquarters, downtown, shopping, and freeway
The house was great for our stay. It was roomy and well-stocked. Katherine keeps the inside quite clean. My only "less than five" stars were given because the cover picture is not of the outside of the home. The backyard needs maintenance so we didn't go out there. That didn't affect our stay, though. We will definitely stay there again - it was quiet, clean, comfortable, and super convenient. I highly recommend!

Our family (my husband and I, our toddler, and our two dogs) stayed here for a little over two weeks while our home in Austin was being worked on. The location is amazing. It's literally minutes away from everything. The back yard is excellent, and we spent a lot of time out there playing with the dogs. The neighborhood is swoon-worthy for sure. The home itself is cozy, with enough space for everyone. Our daughter ended up in the little sitting room connected to the master, simply because it's the quietest (and darkest) room in the house. It might not be the most comfortable house in Austin (the sofa has seen better days), but then again, we weren't here for vacation. The owner was exceedingly kind and accommodating, and we were pleased at the end of our stay.

The host was lovely, communicative, and helpful. I feel the title of the listing is misleading as it is nowhere near downtown. It's about a 25-30 minute bike ride, not walkable, and 15 min uber. I probably should have looked into it more closely before booking but I went by the title being "downtown oasis." Would definitely rent again if I was exploring greater Austin, but not for SXSW, just too far and there aren't a lot of cafes or grocery stores within walking distance.It was clean, beds were comfy, and kitchen was well-equipped but the floors could have been cleaner (white socks looking grey on the bottoms). I felt there was a lot of "chores" to do before check out.Wasn't the worst but not exactly what I had expected.

Our Great Christmas holiday
We spent 10 days, including Christmas and New Years, and loved every moment.
The house is just as the pictures depict. There were two couples staying at the house. The kitchen was perfect, we made & decorated a large gingerbread house and cookie tree, cooked a goose for Christmas, and two amazing desserts to mention a few things. We ate at the house every meal except for two. We felt that the location was covenient to everything important in Austin.
The neighborhood was very quiet and we always felt safe.
Katherine, was very responsive during the entire process of reviewing the property, renting, and then during our stay.
The location was perfect for us, and one of the couples loved the house so much that they wanted to transport it back to their current home town
Katherine even made extra efforts to help us with the bathroom, because one guest had a walker. That was very special.
I would highly recommend staying with Katherine, and we would return the next time that we are in Austin.

The home includes wood floors, built-ins, WIFI, LED flat screen TVs, streaming Netflix), a fully-equipped, updated kitchen and bath with cool features including a kitchen island, designer lighting throughout.
