High beams throughout, custom countertops, custom billiards room, fireplaces throughout, custom light fixtures and cabinets, custom master bathroom, ping pong table, and more! Get a whole estate for a little more than a hotel room with service staff. Have an amazing staycation and enjoy all the amazing resort amenities with complete privacy. All homes are extensively cleaned and sanitized between stays due to the current situation.

*Effective 1/9/2022 $2500 noise deposit will be held upon check in, This is due to the brand new law in effect, If any noise complaints are filed or reported, per neighbor, or police the deposit will be held. If there is no complaints made then deposit will be refunded immediately after departure*

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:

- Free early check-in or late check-out (if available) can be at an extra fee depending on time.

- Upon arrival, You will receive a unique security code that will allow you keyless entry into the property using our smart lock. This way you never have to worry about losing a key and everyone in your party will be able to lock and unlock the door with your smart lock code. Your code will be valid during the duration of your stay and will expire after you check out.

- You will receive simple and easy to follow check-out instructions upon your arrival.

Very nice house north Scottsdale
Very nice and well appointed home. Pool area is excellent. Pool table and ping pong. For our stay there were no instructions inside the home for check in, check out or operation of equipment which would be helpful.
