First time in Angel Fire

This condo was great for our family's first visit to the area. There's plenty of space, the unit was clean, and the sitting areas were comfortable. We didn't have any troubles with the WiFi or the fireplace. Also, there are areas near by to take your pet outside or go for a short walk in the vicinity of the complex. We would stay here again.

Great location!

It’s was super easy to check in and out. The place is walking distance to the slopes and many restaurants. Grocery store is super close as well. My only suggestion would be for there to be a binder in the chateau that has information about specific things in the chateau (how to turn on the fireplace, where trash receptacle are, etc). Overall a great place to stay. Highly recommended.

Nice little ski condo

We had a great stay here with two adults, two kids, and our dog! The property is an easy walk to the ski lifts. It is clean and well maintained and has some nice upgrades to the kitchen counters, sink, and tile floors. The upstairs loft also has plenty of room to sleep four on a double bed and two twins, great for kids. The property manager did a nice job preparing for our arrival and left towels and toiletries in the bathroom just like a hotel. I would definitely recommend this spot for a small family.

Easy Access to Slopes!

Great New Years experience. The property is dated, but clean. Great size for our family of 4, but would easily fit 6. Second floor access by stairs only. The property is a pretty easy walk to the slopes. Recommend storing your ski equipment in locker on mountain.

Perfect for family of 4.

This condo was absolutely perfect for my family of 4. It was within walking distance of the slopes, which was great. It was comfortable, clean, well stocked kitchen, etc. Would stay here again. The ONLY issue we ran into was that the condo was situated at the bottom of a sloped street. It snowed while we were there and we were unable to get up the street in our front wheel drive vehicle.

Not worth the $

The condo was very dirty upon arrival. There were dead flies on the kitchen counters and chairs, clumps of mud on the floor and coffee table, downstairs toilet leaks on the floor. The shower sounds like you are going to fall through the floor when you are in it. The amount of pet hair on the carpets, comforters, sheets, and pillows is gross. Would not recommend.

I want to extend my sincerest apologies for the disappointing experience you had during your recent stay at our condo. Your feedback regarding the cleanliness issues and maintenance concerns is deeply concerning and does not reflect the standards we strive to uphold. I am truly sorry that you encountered dead flies, mud, and leaks upon your arrival. This is certainly not the impression we wish to leave on our guests. Additionally, I understand the discomfort caused by the presence of pet hair in the condo. Please know that we take hygiene and cleanliness seriously, and your feedback will be addressed with our cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure such lapses do not occur again. Regarding the shower, I apologize for any inconvenience or discomfort caused by its condition. Your feedback highlights areas where we need to improve, and I assure you that we will take immediate action to rectify these issues. Your experience does not meet the standards we set for ourselves, and I want to extend my heartfelt apologies once again. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us identify areas for improvement. Should you reconsider staying with us in the future, I assure you that we will do everything possible to exceed your expectations. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention, and I hope we have the opportunity to regain your trust in the future.

Double Charged

I was double charged (charged the same amount twice) for the condo. When I brought this fact to their attention, they claimed they already discovered the error and had refunded the amount back to my credit card. Unfortunately that was not true and days later I had to dispute the second charge with my credit card company. Also, I had to call the management company for the access code to the condo and later for the wifi code. The last two things are small annoyances but these things should be handled in advance through email or text. The condo is a short, easy walk to the lift so there's that.

Thank you for your feedback on your recent stay at our property, Elvira. We truly apologize for any difficulty caused by the duplicate charges made to your account at the time of booking. Following additional investigation, we determined that the second payment was an error and immediately processed a refund to your account on the same day it was made. To clear things up, we have sent you an email including our system record of the credit card transactions. However, depending on your bank, the refund normally takes 10-15 working days to reflect in your account. The wifi information was sent to your cellphone number one day before your check-in date. Please keep in mind that because you made the reservation two days before your check-in date, we must wait until you sign the rental agreement before sending you the code to access the unit, as we discussed with you over the phone when we called to review your reservation. Despite these concerns, we are glad to hear that you considered our property to be in an excellent location for skiing. Your good feedback on the convenient location is very important to us. Thank you again for bringing these things to our attention, and we hope to have the pleasure to host you again in the future, giving an even more delightful visit.
