The Space:
If you’re looking for a spacious mountain home away from home with lots of light, relaxation spaces and breathtaking nature views minutes away from world-class skiing, look no further. This home features three living spaces, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a steam shower, dry sauna and private hot tub with classic, cozy interiors that make this the perfect home for those seeking comfort and restoration in the mountains.

Enter through the convenient mudroom space with cubbies and storage for all of your outdoor gear before making your way to the open kitchen and dining area with beautiful vaulted ceilings. Situated next to several large windows, you can take in the breathtaking beauty of nearby Deer Valley Resort as you dine at the dining table with seating for eight. A Master bedroom featuring a king-sized bed, vanity sink, walk-in closet and attached bathroom is located nearby for easy access.

Upstairs, you will find two more bedrooms for easy resting after a day of adventures. A spacious Master bedroom features a glass wall, king-size bed, large en suite bath area, walk-in closet and spectacular views. A second nearby bedroom offers up a comfortable queen-size bed, flat screen TV, roomy walk-in closet and a full en suite bath.

Make your way downstairs to not one, but three separate living/family rooms with abundant space for games, entertaining, relaxing and even sleeping as there are two twin-size sleeper sofas for your convenience. In the first living room, guests can cuddle up on one of the many cozy seating options to warm up by the beautiful electric fireplace with stunning copper touches, turn on your favorite entertainment on the flat screen TV or take in the incredible views of Deer Valley from the large windows or private deck. The second family room has comfortable couch seating, a table with seating for four and a flat-screen TV. The large tables make this room perfect for board games. A nearby fourth bedroom features classic wood furnishings, an armoire and a comfortable queen-size bed. Ang guests will love the private, covered deck area with a hot tub for six that gives you a front-row seat to the beauty of the mountains.

If you want to warm up and relax indoors, make your way down the hall to the dry sauna or to the full bathroom with a roomy steam shower. The good times and stellar views continue downstairs in the third family room where you will find a pool table, two twin-size sleeper bed/couches and a beautiful outdoor patio space. With lots of light, mountain views in every direction and five stories with plenty of space all focused on comfort and relaxation, this property has it all.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that like many homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C.

Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and all of the outdoor spaces with the exception of one off the kitchen that is inaccessible in the winter months. There is one parking space in the attached garage and additional parking is available in the driveway.

Mere minutes from the slopes in either direction, guests can get from their door to Deer Valley Resort’s Carpenter Express chair lift or the Park City Mountain Resort Town Lift in no time. Located near Park City Main Street and conveniently situated along multiple Park City Transit Bus routes, the nearby stop at the intersection of Amber Road and Deer Valley Drive make getting to Park City’s world-class dining, shopping and entertainment options easy.

• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
