Welcome to the Closer to the Sun Lake house! Enjoy a relaxing getaway while watching bald eagles that frequent the area, catch fish directly from the dock (April-October) and see breathtaking sunsets year round at this lake front home in Moses Lake, WA. Enjoy hunting in the area, riding ATVs at the dunes, the best bass fishing in WA, ice fishing in winter, or to just relax, we have it all!

The house comfortably sleeps 8 adults & up to 4 children. The home includes all the amenities you will need including bedding, towels, beach towels, a kitchen with all the essentials, kitchenette w/2nd refrigerator, washer/dryer, Roku TVs, Wi-Fi, 3 arcade games, board games, tons of dvds, outdoor games, off-street parking for up to 4-5 cars, 2 kayaks and various other outdoor items for you to use during your stay. The backyard is mostly fenced but pets and children should not be left unattended at anytime.

Enjoy the use of a private dock with room for 2 boats (dock is available Mid April - End of October due to water levels in the lake) and have access to your very own boat launch (only experienced boaters). Enjoy both of the huge covered decks with breathtaking lake views and plenty of room to spread out or gather together.

The house is centrally located and close to everything in south downtown Moses Lake. It’s just minutes to many great restaurants, cute little shops and several grocery stores. Bring your ATV's and play at the Sand Dunes that are just 7 miles away. In the summer, enjoy the Surf n' Slide water park 1.5 miles away. There’s a Tesla Supercharging station less than 2 miles from the house.

Upstairs (main floor):
- 2 Bedrooms (1 king bed in each room + Roku tv)
- 1 Bathroom (stand up shower)

LAKE LEVEL - The lake level is lowered the first week of November and starts to fill back up first week of April. Boats can only be docked at the home Mid April-End of October. Please be aware the Lake is really shallow in places near the home so use extreme caution when boating, swimming and jumping in the lake. Boat launch is steep use extra caution when using it.

**DUST** Due to the house being in the desert the patio, deck and yard can get dusty quickly. We make every effort to clean the areas between guests but they may need wiped down before using.

**BUGS & WILDLIFE** Due to the proximity to the lake and the desert environment, you may occasionally see a bug that’s not welcome in the home, outside bugs, and local wildlife on the property. We have the home treated regularly to prevent bugs & unwanted wildlife visitors but please understand we cannot control Mother Nature.

**HOUSE RULES** By booking, you are contractually agreeing to honor all house rules and confirm that you have read the rental agreement that's acknowledged during during the booking process, a copy of the rental agreement will be attached to your booking.

PLEASE NOTE: Guests will NOT have access to two closets (one maid closet in King Bedroom 1 & one owners closet in the upstairs hallway) the garage and the boathouse where our boat is stored during summer months. Besides these areas, the rental includes the rest of the home for you to use during your stay. For safety please do not allow children to play near the boat house.
