This bungalow is Martinez Lake Resort's basic, essential, fishing cabin that is on Martinez Lake.

It has 2 full sized beds, a mini fridge, a table, a closet, a brand new AC unit, shower, toilet and sink. It's conveniently located within walking distance of the Martinez Lake Restaurant & Cantina, Martinez Lake Store & Boat Shop, and the launch ramp with the lake itself!

Tried to email the owner previous to checking in no response

Had no ac didn’t work had to park truck and boat down the street had raccoons get in it and tear it up the original room I rented was given out to somebody else they gave me another one, and when I got there that was rented out so they had to give me something else

A great place to stay (I wish I had stayed there!)

I reserved this cottage for a fishing tournament. I and my tournament partner both had last-minute crises that kept us from using our reservation. His was personal and mine was medical. So my ratings for the cottage are based on photos and communication with the manager. It is the latter that made me write this review. Courtney’s communication was excellent and she was so gracious about our fiasco. I will try again for my next tournament at Fishers Landing, on Martinez Lake.

Loved the stay! Could if used a TV in the room but only because that’s what we’re used too. Definitely will return.

Martinez Bungalows

Didn’t know how to check in, emailed, called and asked at the store for instructions and NOBODY knew or responded. Didn’t know where it was ok to park or put our trailer. The shower water wouldn’t even turn on hard enough to get wet let alone wash your hair. The outlet the AC was plugged into would arc due to faulty outlet and it was black from almost catching fire..that shut our AC off while were out in the river. We came back to a room over 100 degrees. Got a hold of Philip and they offered us a different room. At this point it Saturday evening and we replugged the ac into a different outlet that wouldn’t catch fire or arc. Wasn’t worth packing up all our belongings to move just to sleep .
