The unit is in good condition, with up-to-date appliances, and is cute and comfortable. Some appliances, like the touch-sensor kitchen faucet and lamps in the bedroom were slightly baffling at first, but we got used to them. The wall mounted smart TV is HUGE. It's in sort of a "mixed-use" neighborhood, which has a little bit of a weird vibe, but it's really quiet at night, which is a plus. Our only complaints: the King bed takes up most of the bedroom space and ends up being a bit awkward to walk around; and one could wish for more counter space in the bathroom. Which is to say, hardly any complaints at all.

Great place to visit downtown

This is our second stay at this conveniently located and very comfortable apartment. It’s on a quiet street with plenty of parking and an easy walk to Chase Center.

Stylish and comfy close to everything

Our teen daughters LOVED this place. Well equiped and close to the Zoo and Botanical gardens. Grocery stores are close by. Very clean, easy to find, easy parking. Thoughtful host who answered all our questions promptly.

Cute, cozy and quiet.

Property was clean and tidy. Small, but perfect for a couple/group of 2. Backyard space was neat. Welcome book was well organized and had info about the surrounding area which was nice! Definitely recommend this property!
