This is a beautiful, newly renovated 1-bedroom apartment, which is part of a charming 1911 bungalo located in Midtown, Sacramento. Within 1.5-2 miles to Downtown, Golden 1 Center, Capitol, Old Sacramento, and other attractions.

The apartment is large (924 square feet), located on the lower level (partially basement), with 8-foot ceilings, an upgraded, fully stocked kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, and Duxtop triple stainless steel cookware. Please note that this is an old house and sometimes you can hear people moving upstairs. Best for a couple or family with kids.

200 restaurants within 1 SQ mile!! On Saturday morning, walk to the Farmer's Market to get fruits and veggies for your gourmet dinner. Go out and explore the vibrant nightlife. Harlow's is nearby for a night of great music and memories. Afterwards, rest on the king size bed with memory foam mattress and goose down comforter. A large closet in the bedroom will fit your wardrobe. The apartment has central heating and air, which is controlled by Nest thermostat. Ample street parking with a complimentary parking pass! Our home is secured with a locking gate and passcode access. Easy entry to the apartment with provided codes, so check in is a breeze!
