Small Farm Log Home near Cedar Creek Lake
Lovely, 3/2 log home on 10 acres just outside of Athens/Malakoff. Enjoy the screened porch and large fire pit as you unwind and relax. Large family room with L-sofa for sitting down and relaxing at night with a family movie in front of the fireplace (electric). Three bedrooms provide space for adults and kids; bedrooms include a queen-size, king-size, and bunk beds. Galley farm kitchen gives you space to prepare your own meals with large window for looking over the backyard, firepit and custom henhouse.. Enjoy local attractions, such as beautiful Cedar Creek Lake (10 minutes away), quaint downtown Malakoff (8 minutes), and small-town Athens (15 minutes away). This farm getaway just 80 minutes from Dallas will let you unwind, relax, and enjoy cozy rustic charm.
