In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking. Shop, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Le Pont" 450 m, railway station "Saint Gervais- Le Fayet" 4.3 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.6 km, thermal baths "Thermes de Saint Gervais" 4.7 km. Tennis 1.6 km, minigolf 1.6 km, gondola lift 1.8 km, ski bus stop 100 m, ice rink 1 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont-Blanc. Please note: car recommended, no lift. Ski bus (free of charge).
"La pointe des Aravis 3", 1-room studio 20 m2 on 1st floor. Entrance hall with 1 wall-trunk bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (140 cm), TV and flat screen. Exit to the balcony. Kitchenette (mini-oven, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Balcony, north facing position and, east facing position. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 small pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR. Smoke alarm, no lift.

location trop petite pour mes attentes ,literies sales ,cafetière en panne, eau insuffisante après un bain pour le reste de ma famille , au par avant j'ai eu l'occasion de louer un autre appartement sur St Gervais très bien ,en revanche très bonne compétence et rapidité de l'agence , je réitérer une autre location par le biais de votre agence sur ST Gervais ceux-ci n’empêche pas cela. Cordialement Mr Rouffet jean-françois .

Très bel appartement pour 2 personnes. Parfaitement agencé et parfaitement situé par rapport au centre-ville et accès au télécabine proche. Seul et unique point faible, la literie du canapé-lit. Sans ce point, un séjour parfait

La ubicación excelente para conocer todo el valle.El estudio muy funcional,pese a ser pequeño no se tiene sensación de agobio en ningún momento,está muy bien distribuido.Muy buena relación calidad precio.El único pero es que estaba un poco sucio pero bueno pasamos un par de aspiradoras y solucionado
